17 PS5, PS4 Games Marked as Leaving PS Plus Extra, Premium Soon

Couple of games I'd like to play on there. Gotta bump No Straight Roads up on my to play list!

Pretty poor that two of the very limited PS2 games we have are now leaving and still no new PS2 games added.

When are Sony going to come clean about the blatantly obvious PS2 emulation issues they are facing?

Highly recommend both Red Faction games if you never played them

Most of the list evokes reassuring eShop deja vus, but Agents of Mayhem is certainly a bummer - like Spider-Man, it's been among my first and most recurrent PS4 playthroughs since going for the Catalogue. Oh well, time will tell if I pick it up on PSS itself to resume later or restart it on a different option I'm currently weighing all the pros and contras of (the latter mainly revolving around 36 months of 30 buck payments and the former obviously revolving around native portabili- WHAT DO YOU MEAN THIS GAME IS ALSO LISTED AS "UNSUPPORTED"?!👹).

No Straight Roads is downloaded so I guess I’ll be getting to that next.

One wave of fudder goes for another to come, hopefully with more interesting indies that didn't sell a lot like The Messenger.

That way they get some nice money and the service doesn't hurt the sales.

There's a few in here I'd like to try playing while I can, but my priority out of those is Wytchwood. Looks very charming.

9 monkeys is well worth a playthrough. Surprisingly enjoyed it after a random download. No major hitters in this list though for me. We got Descenders this month on essential so it's still there technically.

Nothing there I really want to play which is good because I'm currently addicted to the new Zelda.

Descenders is a PS+ essential title right now. Claim it and it never goes away.

Was curious about 9 Monkeys of Shaolin. Oh well. Not curious enough to stop playing Jedi Survivor.

No Straight Roads is my recommendation to play before going away out of everything here. It's a great action platformer with a ton of heart and is a perfect breezy game to finish in a few hours. Almost the definition of a hidden gem

Is it just me or is the naming of the tiers really confusing?

Great “The quarry” is still on. i am really enjoying it and need to advance in it, but between metroid prime and zelda I manage to only put a few hours at night every other day into it.

@B-I-G-DEVIL its not like they are leaving the store , if u want to play them you can still purchase them. if people aren't buying them that doesn't really give them much incentive to keep putting them out.

@twitchtvpat they haven't added any PS2 games at all. All the launch PS2 Plus games were already available on PS4 years ago.
All emulated PS1 and PSP games get a PS4 and PS5 version with the bonus features, rewind etc. PS2 should be getting the same.

There shouldn't be a requirement for Sony to have an incentive to deliver something they promised and haven't met expectation on for paying subscribers. They need to address the issues and deliver. Which Sony usually do bit its been radio silent for a year so far.

@B-I-G-DEVIL i'm just saying at the end of the day , it shouldn't just be a ps+ thing , people need to buy these games too , and sony will keep making them. but if people just play them on ps+ there isn't much reason for sony to keep adding games to it. there are plenty of ps2 games like bouncer , silent hill 4 room , ect ect that desirability need to be added , and i hope they do.
