French studio DON'T NOD might not be the one behind the Life Is Strange series anymore, but it's still making narrative experiences designed to get the tears flowing. Case in point: it's bringing Harmony: The Fall of Reverie to PS5 on 22nd June 2023. You play a character named Polly who's searching for her missing mum, and you can learn more in the new trailer above.
That story setup appears to be only one half of the narrative, though, as Polly can connect to another world where she becomes Harmony. "Players must attempt to restore balance between our world and Reverie, the realm of the divine beings known as Aspirations: Glory, Bliss, Power, Chaos, Bond, and Truth." You'll do this through choices and decisions that affect both worlds, and you'll unlock — and lock yourself out of — story nodes thanks to the impact they have.
The game will actually launch for PC and Nintendo Switch a few weeks before the PS5 version on 8th June 2023, so we'll have a good idea of what Harmony is all about before it releases for Sony's system. In addition, a PC demo will be available on Steam for a limited time.

its DONT NOD therefore im interested
I like Don't Nod (terrible name) but not sure what I make of this.
@BeerIsAwesome i wished Makoto Shinkai would make a game! "A space for the unbound" or the upcoming "Loop8" look like they would come close.
@get2sammyb @trev666 I'm interested but will probably be waiting for a dirt cheap sale, doesn't scream day one purchase to me.
