Yes, everyone's very excited about Street Fighter 6 and Diablo 4 at the moment. While those games absolutely deserve their time in the spotlight, Bandai Namco has quietly released We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie today, and it deserves a look-in. Well, we assume so — we've not played this remaster yet, but the original on PS2 was a joy.
Much like Katamari Damacy Reroll from a few years back, the classic game's follow-up has received the same treatment, bringing it to modern platforms with refreshed visuals. We Love Katamari is here in its entirety, but on top of the main game, Bamco has produced some all-new content as well. The titular Royal Reverie is a series of new missions that have you playing as a young King instead of the Prince, charting a bit of his background. In addition, a new selfie mode lets you take some silly photos while you're playing.
It's available now on PS Store for £24.99/$29.99, which isn't half bad. Will you be making time for We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie, or is just saying the title taking enough time already? Roll up in the comments section below.

The real highlight of the summer.
Tempted to buy this
I loved the first re roll and the music was fantastic. I'll pick this one up soon!
Already playing and having a grand time.
If this gets a physical release, I will buy all of the copies and roll them together
I bought the first remake on Switch, so I'm tempted to get this on Switch as well.
This is the only June release I plan on getting (*gasp). It was going to be the only game I bought this month PERIOD. But then I realized my tiny Atari PC can run the System Shock remake, so now I gotta buy that too.
So all of those big June PlayStation releases are going in one ear and out the other. Street Fighter 6 can hit me up once its DLC run is finished.
A classic series. After a good sale I'll probably pick it up. I want it, but not on a prioity.
@KaijuKaiser That I did not know, to be honest. Ok, need to get rollin'
fantastic game, along with its predecessor. would have been nice to bundle the two games together alas, they will go down as one of the best puzzle/action/other games in history. the art direction and sheer vibe of it all was so fresh and innovative for its time... these games were an event and the very definition of a hidden gem. i'm a bit surprised that we didn't get many clones over the years...
The original is one of my all-time favorite games. Super pumped because I never got to play this one!
Absolutely loved this on PS2 — definitely gonna be rolling the remaster up.
