There were rumours that the critically maligned co-op shooter Crime Boss: Rockay City would release on PS5 on the exact same day as Final Fantasy 16. Fortunately for publisher 505 Games and developer In Game Studios, it’s avoided that outcome, officially confirming a 15th June launch date for the embattled outing. The title will only be available digitally to begin with, but a physical version will follow on 5th September, featuring a bonus weapons pack.
This is part of the title’s post-release content plan, which will see various free and paid expansions launch deep into 2024, including one focusing on Chuck Norris. You can check out the title’s full roadmap below:

I will definitely give this game a try!
When its physical edition discounts to 14.99€
It came out and literally nobody even mentioned it. Not even some reviews slaughtering it.
Does it really matter what day it releases on? Gonna flip regardless.
Phew. I was worried how I was going to choose between this and FFXVI to play.
Could they have picked a worse month to launch?
I'm gonna be honest, I thought this had come out already.
GOTY contender, anyone? Vanilla Ice points to yes.
I only want to play payday 3. Not this steaming pile of crap. But seeing 505 mentioned, didn't they have something to do with the first payday?
Long as this is the style of 80s action I'm all for it!
We’ve gone from licensed TV and movies games to licensing likenesses of has-beens from TV and movies to be in games, noice?
@BeerIsAwesome ok, I knew three was a connection, and that's why this game is eerily similar to payday, but not nearly as fun looking.
I want to play this for the story line and the line up of actors. I also like the payday games so I think this will be similar. I am looking forward to it but I think I am the only one 😂
Can’t believe every comment section will have someone saying I’ll wait for a sale like come on does it have to be with every game. You guys even do that with masterpiece titles. I mean you guys ran out and bought a £500 ps5.
This is the same game Game Informer gave a 3 out of 10.
Not going anywhere near this game. There are a few actors in it that I like, but I don’t like them enough to buy a game that got so many bad reviews.
But even if it was actually a good game, I still wouldn’t buy it, because known bigot Chuck Norris is in it, and I’m not going to support any developer that would hire him to be in their game. He’s not just a harmless meme anymore.
@Czar_Khastik 😂
I'll wait until this is free with PS+, not spending money on it.
