DON'T NOD has announced its next game Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden will launch for PS5 on 7th November 2023. In a new trailer, a simple story setup is revealed alongside the release date and a Collector's Edition. The standard version costs £54.99 / $59.99, or you can opt for the pricier edition at £179.99. It will include a 24cm statue of protagonists Red and Antea, a 128-page artbook, steelbook, and two Banisher Signet Rings along with a physical copy of the game.
Set in the late 17th century, you will play as both Red and Antea as they protect the living from ghosts. "After Antea has tragically become one of the spirits she loathes, you take on a desperate search for a way to liberate her from her new plight." From there, your decisions will affect the story and the townsfolk of New Eden — no matter whether they're alive or dead.

This has my interest if it’s not another Souls type game. It’s hard to tell from the trailers.
The earlier trailer was more intriguing than this one. This didn’t do much to sell me on the game but I liked what I’d previously seen
I’m interested in this. It also reminds me that I should play Vampyr at some point; it’s been in my backlog for a very long time.
Lame trailer but I am still interested. But not day one.
Definitely looking forward to this one. Vampyr was decent and showed solid dev team talent was behind it. With a bigger budget and evolution, this could turn out to be this dev's Greedfall or Plague Tale like moment.
Not gonna lie I'm pretty excited for this one.
