Sony's high-end PS Plus Premium tier has been updated with another Time Limited Trial for members to make use of on PS5, PS4. Subscribers can now download and play survival horror title The Callisto Protocol for one hour. The brief demo is available to download now from the PS Store, joining recent additions like Hogwarts Legacy and Weird West.
Since release last year, the PS5, PS4 game out of Striking Distance Studios has been supported with various patches and DLC drops. The most recent extended the base game's ending and revealed what happens next. Obviously, you're not getting that far in this demo, but the start of the experience does feature some monsters to dodge and beat up.
In our The Callisto Protocol PS5 review, we awarded the game a 7/10 and shared praise for its combat system, brutal death animations, and excellent cinematics. "The Callisto Protocol is a consistently good game that, when it's at its best, gives many of the survival horror greats a run for their money. However, there's no getting around the fact the game has very little to truly call its own. In borrowing so heavily from Dead Space, there's always a sense of having been there, done that."

Wow, the first hour of the game does not good a good job of selling the game I think.
Anyway, I still enjoyed it this game. If you enjoy a good laugh, try playing the game offline from the PS4 disk without any patches. The game is hilariously bad without the first day patch. It plays in constant slow motion and has a massive input lag.
Every time I see that picture, I think it's Death Stranding.
@sketchturner Thanks, now that is what Iām only going to see from now on. Lol.
Wait till the full game comes to PS Plus Extra
Love this game have it on Xbox just to play with the original dead space trilogy, just saw it on sale on playstation bought it and the dlc playing this straight after final fantasy hope to clear it before starfield arrives š
1 minute was enough for me to know it was not the greatest, only purchase I have regretted in a long while.
LOL. I'd want to get more than one hour after the few hours of download!
Whats the point in a game trial 8 months after the games already released? The whole point of a game trial is to play it before the game releases!!!
