The Boys, it seems, are back in town and coming to Call of Duty with the launch of Season 4. Handsome heroes Homelander, Black Noir, and Starlight are all making their FPS debut tomorrow,12th July, and we got a fun, in-universe reveal straight from Vought International.
The Boys in question will be added to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 in a rolling fashion as Operators. Starlight's up first, available alongside the Season 4 update, with the perfect Homelander promised for 16th July, and the mysterious Black Noir mixing things up on the 20th.
In addition to Operator skins, the Temp-V Field Upgrade will bring the hero within to the fore, granting players all kinds of cool powers. Charge Jump lets players bound across the battlefield, inflicting splash damage on enemies found underneath. Laser Vision, meanwhile, is more straightforward, allowing players to blast enemies with searing optical laser blasts, taking a page out of Homelander's own signature playbook.
Are The Boys and Call of Duty a match made in heaven? Will you be checking out the Season 4 update when it goes live tomorrow? Let us know in the comments section below.

Like the cross over but I wish MW2022 did not have crappy P2W microtransactions.
What a joke. The Boys sell out appearing in this crapfest.
MW2's skins/bundles have been awful imo.
These look ***** just like all the other crap they've been releasing for the last couple of years CoD is basically Fortnite with a £70 price tag ***** joke of a dev.
@PegasusActual93
To be fair COD1 all the way until about COD4 was a WW2 shooter aiming for authenticity over big bombastic action so @BeerIsAwesome is right that way. You are correct in saying it got pretty goofy after that as the next one introduced zombies, killstreaks became much more goofy, and eventually the series went to space for crying out loud!
Corrupt superheroes being in the game feels kind of par for the course at this point. 😄
Wow, what a load of cheese, talk about desperate to get all the Fortnite kiddies and their pocket money earned from cleaning the dishes.
I love The Boys, but not enough to play Call of Duty.
This doesn’t do The Boys justice. That property should have its own game for sure
@Dusk_Actual i have to agree. My nephew was telling me all about the boys series so i lent him all my graphic novels. His mind was blown by a) how much better they are than the tv series and b) his old uncle had all the graphic novels and every single issue of the comics too..i cant wait for him to start digging away at my punisher collection 🤣
Never cared for The Boys or Call of Duty.. just here to see people cry about ripping off FN
