Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has been quietly kegging along since it launched back in 2020. We didn't mind it then, and it got better, at least in terms of performance, when it came to PS5. With DLC 5 right around the corner, a new trailer for the The 23rd World Tournament has us nostalgic for the glory days of Dragon Ball.
The Piccolo Jr. Saga (or the 23rd Tenka-Ichi Budoukai Saga) capped off the original run of Dragon Ball manga when a teenage Goku returned from training and wound up facing the reincarnated form of King Piccolo. The dread King was a powerful threat a still innocent and peaceful Earth had faced 300 years before Dragon Ball begins. Piccolo Jr., as the evil reincarnation became known (the good becoming Kami), is the Namekian we all know and love today, and the prospect of reliving the tale is a tempting one, indeed.

I’d be tempted to check it out if it was the 21st tournament. There’s always something special about your first time. And also Jackie Chun
A bit late but "Piccolo Jr., as the evil reincarnation became known (the good becoming Kami)" isn't right. Kami existed first, came from Namek to Earth, became Kami ("God" in Japanese) by pushing the evil out of himself which created King Piccolo. Then much later King Piccolo gives birth to regular Piccolo by spitting out an egg.
