PS Plus Essential members can get to downloading and playing three new PS5, PS4 titles as part of their membership, each of which brings something different to the table. From the elite golf courses of PGA Tour 2K23 to making games in Dreams, the cherry on top comes from the amazing indie experience Death's Door. UK and European subscribers can redeem and play them all now, with USA members gaining access later on in the day.
The full PS Plus Essential lineup for August 2023 is as follows:
- PGA Tour 2K23 (PS5, PS4)
- Dreams (PS4)
- Death's Door (PS5, PS4)
As always, we polled Push Square users on their thoughts on this month's game selection, with just as many saying you were happy with the lineup as those unhappy about it. Death's Door is the PS5, PS4 title you are most looking forward to trying. Have you redeemed everything yet? Do so and let us know in the comments below.

Probably one of the best line ups. All titles I am interested in but not enough to buy them.
This should finally give me the nudge to play and finish Death's Door (trophies!). An amazing game, but I stopped playing it on PC for some reason.
Does anyone know of Tren has a standalone trophy list?
bounced off deaths door like an hour in.
should i go back? this was a year ago, i think a bunch of other games came out at the same time so it was easy to let it slip
@LordAinsley It's a bit tough at places but it's a good game. Some quite amusing dialogue throughout as well.
A solid month, even if I own all except PGA Tour!
Pretty sure they already brought Dreams to Death's Door instead. 😏
I will be downloading deaths door.i always wanted to play it.and dreams will be added to my library.word up son
Deaths door for me. Its been in my wstch list forever and ive nearly pulled the trigger a few times already.
Death’s Door is fantastic. There are so many wonderful secrets to discover, and the game has the perfect length — not too short; not too long.
Stoked to play some golf. Death's Door is great (Plat) and Dreams is a maybe. I love Media Molecule.
Played DD today for roughly 30 min. I wandered around and fighted and made progress, but no guidance whatsoever, even no environmental storytelling, nothing. Already freed up the precious internal storage for other stuff.
I hope that Tunic will be a different story, waiting for my physical copy.
