Gacha games are leaking out of the PS5's ports and cables at the moment as it's confirmed DanMachi Battle Chronicle will join the likes of Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Project Mugen on the platform in the future. The action RPG is already available for PC and mobile phones, and now PS5, PS4 versions have been given the green light. Based on an anime, you can watch a trailer above.
The title's official Twitter account said: "DanChro will be available on the PS4 and PS5! We will announce the PlayStation version's release date once it is decided so look forward to it."

Great, a mobile phone port 😐
I watched this when it first aired and it’s utter ass. Lasted a few episodes of fairly seedy mediocrity.
I'll admit I've watched the first 2 seasons of the anime and I plan on watching the other 2 eventually. Would I play this on my PS5 or anything else for that matter... No.
A little bit of a disclaimer, I own the Kill La Kill, Made in Abyss and JoJo games but this does not appeal at all.
If only I had 50 hours a day instead 24 I'd probably give all those games a shot xD
Loved the anime so I will deffo be giving this a try. Wish someone would make a proper single player game out of this series though, it's world design would fit perfectly into being a game.
Highly advise people to not bother. Been playing since day 1 on mobile. Its barebones. Barely any content and you have basically no currency income to use on the banners. There is zero enemy balance. You have a cooldown on dodge, meanwhile enemies has ZERO cooldowns on spamming huge attacks. You also need a TON of dupes to max limit break characters, assist and scene cards.
Oh and worse of all, there is NO cross save. So can't even use the same account on PS4/5 and Mobile.
Speaking of GatchaStation, what’s next on PS5 after Spiderman 2? I know FF7R PT 2 but that’s about it that’s seemingly close. Wolverine is out there but that seems far off. Feels like there’s a hole in the schedule without another Uncharted game. Not that I need another one but something along those lines. Guess we’re never getting a Sunset Overdrive 2 or another InFamous.
Oh well, we’re due a SoP or some such soon, maybe I’ll get that game.🤷🏻♂️
I think I'm good with the hoyo stuff and that project mugen if that turns out good.
Anybody knows how that mobile ni no kuni game is? So bummed it's mobile, but if it's fun and let's you progress well enough without microtransactions I'd consider trying it.
@tameshiyaku Its a NFT game. So its no good.
That girl escaped the fate of being a "summer waifu" thanks to all these mobile quality games she gets put in. It's no surprise she hasn't been forgotten, unlike so many others before her.
If it's gacha, I'll avoid.
You forgot to mention Tower of Fantasy. But the PS5 version really does look like the mobile being blown up. Meaning, it doesn't look good.
As long as they still make quality single player games, I don’t care.
@LightningLeader Honest advice. If you have ANY obsessive / FOMO tendencies stay away from gacha games as they prey on this to get you to spend. If you don't they are great and offer a LOT of game for free.
If you have time and like world exploration then Genshin Impact is brilliant, you can play it entirely for free, but it IS a time sink.
If you have less time, or like turn based combat, wait for Honkai Starrail which is less of a time sink.
Plenty of others but both of those are near the top of the field.
@LightningLeader I fell off Tower of Fantasy pretty quickly it just wasn't as good as Genshin to me. Blue Protocol looks great, but I didn't play the Beta and its not due till 2024.
Personally I like Genshin most because I like the world exploration but it is a time sink.
