Persona 4 Golden is getting a limited run of physical copies through, fittingly enough, Limited Run games. Connoisseurs of fine JRPGs and game boxes will both want to clear their schedules and get in line when pre-orders for this modern classic go live from 27th October until 10th December.
Enthusiasts can pick up the standard boxed release of the game or opt for the "Golden Grimoire" edition, which includes a slipcover, book box, and SteelBook case. The big ticket item here, though, is the Midnight Channel Edition, which will run you USD $199.99 (about £165), and is pictured below.
The Midnight Channel Edition comes bundled with:
- Physical copy of Persona 4 Golden
- Lenticular Midnight Channel box
- Persona 4 Golden slipcover
- Grimoire Book box
- Persona 4 Golden official soundtrack
- Premium trading card set
- Yu Naurkami's glasses and display stand
- All Out Attack 3D shadow box
- Metal Teddie statuette
- SteelBook
- Persona 4 Golden ending photo
- Midnight Channel pin

There's also some pretty great P4G merchandise available through the same source, and you can get a sneak peek at those below.

I think I'll just settle for the standard edition
Hmm. This is an awful lot of money just to get those glasses but then I do like the glasses.
Why only the PS4 and not PS5?! Please tell me it doesn't have anything to do with some ***** marketing ploy.
@Rafie No native version for PS5 and Xbox has the better version because of that so unfortunally PS5 will just have to play in BC.
@Rafie it’s because there isn’t a PS5 version. On PS it’s the PS4 version that runs on PS5.
@IAmAshCohen17 I clearly see that there isn't a PS5 version. I want to know WHY there isn't, yet there's an Xbox Series X version. Persona is synonymous with the PlayStation brand. Outside of Switch, it's going to sell the most on PS consoles. It would be a weird decision for Atlus to make.
@Rafie no need to get snappy lol
You can probably work it out - two words, that are Microsoft and money.
@IAmAshCohen17 My apologies if you thought I was being snappy. That wasn't my intention at all. I was just emphasizing the why part. Yeah I believe it was Microsoft as well.
