My Time at Sandrock is sequel to the fairly popular My Time at Portia, and it's looking rather promising in its latest gameplay overview trailer. As you'd expect, the video covers a broad range of topics, explaining how the title's shaping up to be an intriguing mix of role-playing, sandbox exploration, storytelling, monster-whacking combat, and building.
It's probably going to be one of those games that could take over your life, should you let it. Sandrock's coming to PS5 and PS4 on the 2nd November, so here's hoping that it's a perfect fit for those cold winter nights.

This one will suck you in and you’ll never leave. Looks like Tchia, guessing a 100% is gonna take a few months.
I need a clarification about the physical release version as I saw something written on PS5 version cover.
What the hell is that mean by REQUIRES CONTENT DOWNLOAD ?
Are the games really not fully inside the disc / cartridge and we have to download the rest of the games ??
Even on PS5, really??
Took me just over 4 weeks to plat Portia. Fun game. Open to this one too if it’s similar (In fairness this looks like they’ve taken things to the next level).
@Anti-Matter yup. Almost every release in the last several years requires a significant download. Meaning complete games on disc are a rarity and they amount to nothing more than a verification of purchase.
Many will clapback saying that it's just day one patches and updates that download, however when you see the entirety of the game size downloaded you will quickly realize that argument is nonsense for Most games.
I just saw My Time At Portia is part of the extra subscription so added it to my library. I’ll give that a go first
I didn't totally enjoy my time at Portia so I'll likely skip on this one. Not saying it's bad or anything but we're not starved for choice with this style of game anymore.
