Rally fans will (probably?) be having a grand old time with EA Sports WRC right now, but if you're after an alternative, an upcoming indie game looks like it may fit the bill. #DRIVE Rally looks to be a follow-up to a mobile game simply called #DRIVE, focusing on the off-road motorsport. It's just been announced, and it's coming to PS5 and PS4.
As you can see from the trailer, it sports a sort-of low poly look and will have a more arcade-like feel than other modern rally titles. Developer Pixel Perfect Dude says it's leaning into the motorsports 90s era, featuring familiar-looking cars and taking us through varied environments. The handling model is described as "Simple enough for beginners yet addictively challenging and demanding in its depth". You'll be able to customise your cars and take stylish snaps with a photo mode, too.
It sounds like it could be good — one to watch if you're into rally. There's no release date yet, and it doesn't appear to be on PS Store for wishlisting either, so it might be a bit of a wait. Anyway, what do you make of this one? Drift into the comments section below.

... Schwarzenegger as your pilot? Now I wonder what else is there lol
The first #Drive was just a mobile phone game from what I could tell.
Looks pretty cool, well the trailer is good anyway but i'll wait and see how the actual game plays first but i'm really into the artistic style they are going for.
Wonder if Arnold will sue them?
I do like a good low polygon racer but the colours in this seem very dark and muted. Also the handling seems like it could be overly simplistic for my liking.
Hopefully I'm proven wrong on both counts.
