Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon was confirmed for a western release earlier in the year, and now we have an official launch window. Publisher Aniplex (essentially Sony's anime arm) has the title pencilled in for summer 2024, and a 'Physical Limited Edition' will be available priced at $79.99. Digital editions, meanwhile, will apparently be confirmed at a later date.
For those totally out of the loop, this is a PS4 remake of a legendary Japanese visual novel named Tsukihime (literally 'moon princess' in English). The title was never released here in the west, but it's generally regarded as one of the most influential examples of its genre. It was also branched off into the Melty Blood fighting games.
A Piece of Blue Glass Moon is high on the list of most-wanted visual novels, then. It tells the tale of a young man who ends up involved in all kinds of supernatural happenings — vampires included. "Creator Kinoko Nasu has painstakingly disassembled and rebuilt the story, updating the setting to 2010s Tokyo and expanding the narrative. This reimagined presentation will exhilarate players with its hard-hitting tension and realism," reads the remake's official description.

I was about to sneer and say, "its not my thing", visual novels dont appeal
But then I watched the trailer, and remembered how much I enjoyed the 100 odd hours of 'visual novel' in Persona 5, and now Im pretty interested in checking this out. My poor walet!
I'm not really familiar with the original game, but that remake trailer does look superb. It's certainly caught my interest.
Great! I bought the JP physical release, will probably get the digital one for the western one. Already read Mahou tsukai no Yoru and I enjoyed it.
Now we only need an official western release of the Fate novels!
Not interested if Sony is going to censor it. They did the same with Doki doki literature club. It's literally the only platform where it's censored. PlayStation is the worst console for these types of games sadly.
@Amusei I dunno why anyone in their right mind would sit playing an eroge on a PS5 even if they weren’t censored. Like does anybody actually want to stick DRAMAtical Murder with the original cake frosting robot lion lube scenario on a giant 4K telly?
@Amusei All console versions will be censored because it's a porn game. It's very story-focused but the original is a hentai visual novel. Outside of the explicit sex scenes, there's nothing to censor and I can't see why any console version will be different from each other, but only the PC version (which already has several parts out) will be uncensored.
@Matroska I didn't know that. Thanks.
