Beware! Marvel's Wolverine PS5 Assets Are Beginning to Appear Online

The whole roadmap for their next decade has leaked as well. Some BIG projects planned there.

Sucks for the studio and everyone who works there, but at least it's one of those leaks that ends up generating a huge hype, just like the GTA 6 one.

Ignoring the leaked roadmap and the footage of Wolverine, which is an obvious shame, the personal data being leaked is the biggest crime here. Just before Christmas too, got to feel for the staff.

After what i just played with Spider-man and Spider-man 2 this game is going to be of the charts good. I said for years i had little interest in Marvel games. I knew they were made well cause Insomniac is a killer studio. But i don’t tend to be a huge Marvel or DC fan and the little i do like them I’d just watch the movie. But i picked up Spider-Man remastered digital on the Black Friday sale for $25 and i need 3 more trophies for the platinum and bought Spider-Man 2 and playing it now. Outstanding games and i was wrong to brush them off and say they weren’t for me. They are made even better than I thought they were. Wolverine will be pre ordered the moment it hit’s the PSN store. Sorry to see the leaks tho, that is so wrong on so many levels but that’s one of the million downsides to the internet. For all it does good it does 1-2 things bad.

You have to be some special kind of pathetic loser to target a video game developer. Go hack the government or something if yer such a bad@$$.

Sad to see Insonmiac basically turn into a Marvel Studio other than that Ratchet and Clank game which is too far away 🙁.

I love leaks. They do a better job at communicating with us what the game is than official trailers.

Well, it looks like the whole plot of Wolverine has leaked. I guess the game will be delayed a year or two just because of that (if not, it should)

Thanks for this. I don’t like leaks of games devs have spent years of care putting together as it really ruins their sense of the release, but a roadmap of future releases? This is exactly what publishers should be providing.Looking forward to the new Ratchet and Clank at least.

so glad theyre going for realism with the graphics. if this was MS the game wouldve been some cell-shaded trash.

Even though I saw the roadmap and you could say relatively predictable if you use logic, rather seen it as a surprise when ready.

The leaks are one thing (it sucks) and i feel bad for Insomniac and Sony that their roadmap and communication strategies are disrupted, but MOST IMPORTANTLY , i feel bad for all the Imsomniac employees whose data has been compromised. Absolutely terrible. Happened to my organisation this year and it sucks! I hope all affected get the support they need

The slide titled "leapfrog" is very interesting, it's basically an internal document with Sonys thought on ATVI.

Sad to see Ratchet and Clank lost money, I enjoyed that game with my son and got the Platinum. Happy to see another one is still planned as Marvel is not really my thing, and Insomniac seem to be the Marvel studio now.

Sad day for the devs, got to feel for them today.

@Mad001 I find it kind of funny that you say you don't understand what woke is, but claim it's not for you. Taking the specific example of Chevy Chase; maybe because it's well known how racist he is? Check out what his co-stars from Community had to say about him.

It just so happens that people are much more comfortable for calling out others bs these days, but those who get called out can't accept it and declare it as "woke", as if that's an insult (it's really not)

Insomniac’s schedule is very exciting and the Wolverine footage looked great for its current state. You just have to beware it’s all subject to change.

You're joking, right? You think Sony created a slide to share with one of it's dev studios on the Activision acquisition, and they used an intro screen from a cancelled Spiderman game as a backdrop with Insomniac written in the bottom right corner?

@Sakai I'm well aware it's being being reported by Eurogamer, IGN ect. I'm equally aware that the "leapfrog" slide is text written over the intro background of a cancelled Spiderman game called The Great Web.

I'm genuinely curious what your response to this question is. Why would Sony send a slide to Insomniac, a game developer, talking about concerns over the ABK acquisition, and write it on the intro background of one of Insomniacs cancelled games?

@Sakai Bluepoint is a fellow Sony studio. Studios sharing artwork, concepts, and development tools between each other makes perfect sense. What doesn't make sense is outlining concerns about ABK on a Spiderman background 😂

The only way this is legitimate is if it was written by someone from Insomniac, for the team working on the cancelled Spiderman mmo at Insomniac. It makes absolutely no sense for any higher up at Sony to write this using that template, nor does it make sense for them to share concerns about CoD of all things, with Insomniac.

This is what people like to do now I miss the good old days when people weren’t able to hack into game code etc. it just spoils the game especially when they post it around everywhere.
Hoping Wolverine will be the next game out since it was announced back in 2021 same as Spider man 2
