Honkai: Star Rail only launched on PS5 a few months ago, but the game’s approaching its first anniversary on all platforms. And next year, the Trailblazer will arrive on an entirely new planet, Penacony, as the main plot picks up pace again. For those of you who don’t play this turnbased RPG, it’s a single player live service that’s constantly adding new story content with each update.
The press release reveals: “Black Swan, a mysterious and elegant lady, who is the Memokeeper of the Garden of Recollection, served as a special ‘observer’ in this trailer, witnessing visually stunning details and highlights of the Astral Express Crew's former and upcoming expeditions, creating an immense buzz and excitement among players who are eagerly waiting for more thrilling star-chasing adventures in 2024 and beyond.”

The current version of Honkai: Star Rail focuses on a new environment within the Xianzhou Luofu, involving a ghost hunting expedition. And previous updates have added a Pokémon-like micro-campaign and a museum management sim. Looking at the key art, Penacony appears to have a Las Vegas-like look to it, so we can’t wait to see more of the new environment in the near future.

Looking forward to Penacony. The main story and gameplay is great. But i've hit the wall where dailies take minutes and the upgrades for characters are just too slow.
Have they announced a rough roadmap for how long they are anticipating for each new world? e.g. Genshin is once a year with that content split over several releases.
@get2sammyb I believe the game released 26 April on other platforms, it's not near the anniversary quite yet.
@themightyant I know this wall all to well. They need to get rid of trailblazer points for material grinding or reduce it from 10 to 1.
