I hope there is an option to hide discounted games in PS Store because if someone sees me buying discounted games, they will think I'm poor
Yay, time to check out Superliminal!
Might be time to get Robocop, but I want to replay TLOU 1 and 2 in time for FF 7 Rebirth... argh these hard choices that we have to constantly make, its exhausting
@Czar_Khastik I've got such a massive backlog and less time to play video games that I can't remember the last time I didn't buy a video game on discount.
Nothing for me this time. Ive got Granblue, P3, Relink coming, Im tempted by Tomb raider and got Helldivers 2 yesterday. I dont need anything more, want, yes but need, no.
@Fyz306903 I think all of us here are guilty of buying games even though a huge backlog is waiting
@Czar_Khastik i know i am 😂
@Czar_Khastik Ah yes, we all know the feeling. "Checks massive backlog for a new game to play. Hmmm, there's a sale going on, let's buy 5 more!"
@Czar_Khastik 'Luckily', I don't have a ps5 (yet) and I doubt my laptop could run half of my steam wishlist, so I'd be surprised if I buy more than 1 or 2 games a month, now.
@Czar_Khastik Guilty as charged. I cross 1 off the backlog and somehow, got 2 more added to the list.
@J2theEzzo The so-called "Hydra Effect"
Like a dragon Gaiden at £31.49? Much more than I usually spend on games, but as it’s digital only I have little choice and it’s one of the best gaming series of all time…
A few from my wishlist have popped up, but nothing earth-shattering. Maybe God of War Ragnarok on sale for $40… but I feel like it should be permanently discounted to that price by now, if not already placed on PS+ Extra… 🫤
I have plenty others in my library to play so I can continue the waiting game.
@Ainu20 That had me laughing way to hard, thanks!🤣🤣
@mac_da_man I'm tempted by it too, but I'm curious as to when the end date for this sale, I'm already playing cyberpunk 2077 ATM anyways
@Fyz306903 yep, don't we all indeed, too little time to play and backlogs that are endless 😂😂
@Th3solution That's the only thing stopping me buying Ragnarok it at this point. The second I hit that purchase button there will be an announcement that its coming to PS extra.
@Jey887 I’m wondering if they haven’t permanently discounted or included it on PS+ yet because of the lack of first party games coming out to replace it. Since the release schedule has been slow, then they probably have to stretch out their PS+ output. And with Xbox struggling to include much first party support to GamePass, there’s probably not much pressure to keep the service stacked with consistent input.
Game prices get slashed so quickly now, 100% the reason why I don't buy any game full price now (... except for first party Nintendo games)
