Since Atlus only said the first bit of Persona 3 Reload DLC would be launching this month, it's come as a slight surprise that the musical-focused expansion is actually already available now on PS5, PS4. The first set brings back a handful of classic tracks from Persona 5 and Persona 4, which you can listen to while exploring the many floors of Tartarus.
From Persona 5, you get:
- Life Will Change
- Beneath the Mask
- Kichijoji 199X
- Gentle Madman
- I Believe
- Keeper of Lust
- Blooming Villain
- Victory
From Persona 4, you get:
- Backside of the TV
- Game
- Junes Theme
- Heaven
- Long Way
- Revelations: Mitsuo
- The Almighty
- Results
Of the three pieces of DLC Atlus has planned, these musical packs are probably the least interesting of the lot. What's worth noting, however, is they only seem to be available through the £28.99 / $34.99 Expansion Pass. The PS Store doesn't have a listing for you to buy them separately from what we can see, which means Episode Aigis might go the same way when it launches in September. The hope is since it's a much bigger content offering, Atlus will allow you to buy it standalone.
However, if it continues delivering the content this way, you'll need to buy the whole lot. We've reached out to PR to try and get further clarification.

Now that's some BS. I have no interest in these bgm packs at all. The only thing I want is Episode Aigis. Come on Atlus/Sega throw us a bone here!
@Korgon
Reward players who have supported Persona for over 20 years? Perish the thought!
No point buying Persona games at launch.
Better to wait for the inevitable complete/royal edition with everything included.
So 70$ for the base game and 35$ for the pass. That means that Persona FES Remake costs 105$.
That's just the game which should have released right away with the DLC without any additional goodies like a steelbook, artbook, etc.
Let this sink in for a moment.
Ok, now be patient and buy the game from a second hand market and the DLC when it discounts. 40$ is more than enough for this bundle.
@Czar_Khastik This! Having a family with two children reduced my gaming time so much I have a backlog for years. I can wait Atlas 😊. I will not sponsor their greed
So scummy from their part. After the whole Persona 5 debacle (many bought the game 3 times), I'd decided to only buy Atlus games second hand so that they don't get a penny from me.
@Czar_Khastik If you look at most games now its that price. Even if you start at €60 you will still end near €100 a game.
They do make good games, but the way Atlus milks their customers is just awful.
Persona 5 had its original version, then Royal which included some content exclusive to it, with no upgrade path or similar for existing customers. And then finally again, the PS5 version, full price, no save transfer and of course no upgrade path.
And it doesn't look like they are treating their customers any better now.
Looks like I was right to buy FF7 Rebirth over this lol
We've come full circle where Persona 5 music is added into Persona 3.
£29? Wait for sale!
I bought the original dlc, prob not bothering with this though, not planning on playing again anytime soon. Extra songs are quite cool when you are playing though. You can go to the settings and change the battle music to random, so you don't get the same song every single time. There seems to be a bug (?) where selecting random takes the actual original music out of the mix altogether though.
I'll be waiting for a sale on the dlc i think. The liklihood is i wont have finished Persona 3 by then anyway as i'll be working through FF7 Rebirth for the foreseeable - and then going back to Like a Dragon Infinite wealth before i start this. I do have the base game already though. Too many games, not enough time.
Removed - flaming/arguing
Let me guess, is it like Persona 5 where you buy the DLC $30, and then after 100 hours of gameplay you realize that this new story you bought is locked out because you didn't speak to a NPC at the right time and nobody told you to do so? F... Atlus. Having a great Art direction is not synonym of making great games.
Refuse to buy simply because xboxers get it free
Atlus are fast becoming the most greedy developers in the business. This is a hugely disappointing selection at best.
