Nothing from my wishlist unfortunately
I can never find anything in these sales anymore that i really fancy. Good really as it saves me £'s.
Green Hell for £6.99 might be worth a shot. Loved the Forest.
@Onearmbandit - Its a little rough around the edges and makes The Forest look extremely easy, but for that price, its worth a go!
@dellyrascal
Cheers, it’s been on my wish list for ages and always wanted to try it.
Think I'm going to pick up Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth. £40 for a game of that size/ quality is a great deal so close after launch.
there must be a sale event coming up soon with good offers.
this last ok sale was back in January.
Hubris at £12.49 is massively recommended.
2,000 games and yet not a single one on my wishlist. Go figure…..
Finally going to scratch that Jet Set Radio itch now that Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is on sale. Also grabbing As Dusk Falls as it looked interesting, but not quite regular price interesting. If nothing else, these sales are teaching me a little impulse control.
If you go in with the right expectations, Wanted: Dead can be a fun time. Very janky but I enjoyed it for the throwback to the PS2 era that it is. At that price, definitely worth a shot. House of the Dead Remake is fun, too.
@thefourfoldroot1 I'm thinking about buying it. Is there anything in particular that you like about it?
Sea of stars at $20, I think I will buy it! Not sure it can go any lower.
@naruball
The only thing I don’t is that sometimes some of the controls seem off. Perhaps it doesn’t track as well as other games out of the headsets direct view, but climbing along ropes and such I’ve found a bit unnatural, and getting out of water too…not a big deal. Everything else is great, and the graphics and world building is excellent. Decent length too. I’d give it a solid 7.5/10, and at £12 I’d definitely recommend it.
Remember kids, buy physical (unless it's under 20 euro 😅)
These non-stop sales condition people to wait before buying anything. I will pay full price if I really want to play something, but generally I will hold off because I know that it will be greatly discounted a few months down the line, along with plenty of bug patches.
@B0udoir well it was free somewhere last year
The only one from my wishlist that registers is Balatro. It’s already an inexpensive game, but another couple bucks off makes it even more appealing. For $12 you can hardly get a decent meal, much less a game that supposedly can be played for hundreds of hours. Seems a good PS Portal game too.
I just picked up Balatro after listening to Dustin from SS rave about it
2000 games?
When I look through these sales, it's dlc, costume pack and other tat, taking up a huge part of those numbers.
Is this one of those annoying sales where i I've already painstakingly looked through all the games on sale last week (because I can't just wishlist everything that looks interesting as they come out due to the limit if titles that can be wishlisted) but now they've added more to the same sale and I can't just look at the newly added titles? I'm guessing they expire later so perhaps if i wait for the first lot to expire before looking at the newer sales?
Ah it's an "indie" sale, even though there were indie games on sale in the other sale but at least they're not added, phew! Including my own game, Trails and Traces.
@thefourfoldroot1 Nice deal. I see Ultrawings 2 and Ancient dungeon are on sale, I think for the first time. Both 25% off at £11.99
Buying Cat Quest 2 for $3 on sale from $15 to play w/ my wife while we wait for CQ3. My kids may play it as well, we’re always looking for couch co-op games.
@CaptD
I couldn’t see that as I own them both already, so it just says Purchased, but yes they are definitely well worth it, especially Ancient Dungeon! People moan that the headset is too expensive for them, but great games are insanely cheap usually!
Everyone should play Signalis.
@Amnesiac I enjoyed as dusk falls. Only game my partner has watched me play start to finish
Wanted dead for under £12? I might pull the trigger on this for a bit of mindless gratuitous pointless violence. I know it's a bit janky but it really looks like it could be fun. I enjoyed the game wet so this should tickle my pickle..
@thefourfoldroot1 that's great to hear. Thanks!
