So back to normal price but under a different 'sale'.
Kingdom Come Deliverance Royal Edition for £3.49. I keep going to buy it but my backlog is so large and it’s a very time consuming game.
Indika! Was waiting for this one
@thefourfoldroot1
I went in there for a second playthrough and it completely made me forget about other games lol. Very addictive* and great story, but a bit of an investment indeed
It takes forever to show the new sale on the mobile app or my PS5. Does it only show as live at a certain point? Happens every time
@rusty82 I always look sometime after 1pm because it rarely shows up for me in the morning. Before that I just check my wishlist to see if anything is on sale.
On PSN too? These sales going craaazy.
Just a heads up for those that have a disc drive -
Lords of fallen/P3 can both be found cheaper physically (of the ones highlighted)
Also I think there is a deal on with P5/4/3 for about £40
Can’t see on the app yet , so I’ll check later . But I have to agree with most comments from uk. The psn sales are just games going from extortionate prices to normal prices . I mean , when Lego marvel is not in the sale , it’s 47.99 . What mug is paying that price , haha
@rusty82 it’s the same for me . Probably have to wait to around midday ish from whatever region you’re from.
@Yousef- careful with the ‘discounts’ these just seem to be the same price they drop to every other week
Finally, a sale!
@Specky addictive not addicting fyi👍 and I agree, the game is not one to take lightly and think it can be played in short bursts, but then, there are so many fantastic games I'm never going to have the time to play.
*here we remain
@Specky has KCD had any PS5 updates at all? How does it look and run? Ive been tempted a few times on this one and thats a steal of a price.
@Kidfunkadelic83
I stopped playing on PS4 because the loading became unbearable.
Finally have it on PS5 and it's so much smoother and faster. Loading your map doesn't take ages anymore.
No PS5 updates, but it's night and day imo
@Specky yeah i was just doing some sigging and was disappointed to see theres been no ps5 update at all apart from a solid 30fps and load times. Alot of people say pop in is a pretty big issue especially when on horse back. I shouldnt really anyway as ive got way too much to be playing atm 😂
@Kidfunkadelic83
I'd say these games are fun and cosy during winter.
The problem is that KCD2 is gonna be out by then lol
Why not every month they just sent us all a coupon?
2,000 must play games you could say
another week, another "sale"
@Specky i will just hold out for the 2nd then and watch a story catch up if its a continuation. Cheers buddy.
Crysis Remastered Trilogy £7.99 🤪
Octopath Traveler launching on PlayStation was a pleasant surprise, but that price definitely had some sticker shock. Digital only on that makes me sad. The 'sale' price is a little easier to swallow though.
Monster hunter world is a amazing game.easily one of the best video games ever made.word up son
Full credit to BubaMan over on hotukdeals for this, he does amazing work compiling lists for these sales, covers everything from pricing to platform.
Here's the link he provided for games with a metacritic score of 75 or higher that either match their previous lowest price, or are the lowest they've ever been - https://www.hotukdeals.com/visit/comment/52789064/17649774
These sale articles are really starting to feel like ai generated....
@Kidfunkadelic83
I do have to say though, there's a mission where you go drinking with a priest and that's just one of the funniest things I've ever seen in a game and definitely to be experienced wherever you can!
@Slippship every week someone comes in whining about this, and it's so pathetic. If the prices aren't low enough for you, DON'T BUY THE GAMES. Any other 1st world problems you want to get off your chest? Does your ice water only have 3 cubes instead of 4? I mean come on man.
@Intr1n5ic - Nice one!! Cheers!
@tangyzesty we are all sincerely sorry Mr rich . Please forgive all of us . It was so wrong of us to voice an opinion. We are sorry that we don’t earn the big bucks . I just feel shame from all of us , it’s overwhelming.
@kailun I feel ya, man. Every time I visit the Porsche threads and complain about the prices. They're unacceptable. Why won't they lower them so that I can buy one?
@tangyzesty Your objection to their comment doesn't make their statement less true. These prices aren't impressive in the least. Thank goodness physical copies of most of these that can be found for far cheaper.
@tangyzesty easy tiger, quickly looks like just a hate post. Prices are what they are. I pay what I like as I'm paid well enough. But saying amazing sales prices reduction is just plain lies. Which is my point. Nothing to do with whether the price is a good one. Same with steam summer sale. They were all the same price last week under another name. Keep your hair on.
@riceNpea @naruball it's amazing! We can all pay fewer than full price for videogames!
@Mortal are you trying to kills us or something?
@naruball maybe..
Although if I were I'd more likely make a statement such as "I could care less about the games on sale" when I obviously mean that I couldn't care less, or intentionally mix up their, there and they're in every comment I make.
Don't forget that three dots make an ellipsis!
These sales do tend to sorta just make shovelware pennies and then the actual games are roughly £40 if you’re lucky. Which was full price only a couple gens ago.
I never even knew there are thousands of “must own” PS games.
Got myself TMNT Shredder’s Revenge and Hades on PS5
I just can't be bothered to sort through 2000 titles when most of them are "Lady in a Leotard with a Gun" quality.
@Michael2008ish
As someone who thinks the Yakuza series is the best ever made, and has platinumed every game in the series, including all available spin offs, other than Ishin, I would heavily suggest giving it a miss if you have any of the other ones to play.
To answer your question, it’s not turn based.
Streets of rage 4 dlc is £3, which is... Nice... I guess?
@BecauseBecause yeah I check my wishlist. See one or 2 on sale but not big enough discount but then want to see if the rest is up in case something went under my radar is on sale but takes way too long to show all items. may have to wishlist everything I have even passing interest in lol
@DogPark if it helps, you can filter the price so you can untick games for £1 for instance, and hide stroke the turtle and lady in a leotard.
@rusty82 I was going to do the same until I hit 50 games in my wishlist and was informed that's my maximum! Thanks Sony!
Picked up Cocoon for £11.99 which seemed decent value. 1 hour in and enjoying it so far
@Michael2008ish Eurogamer's GOTY 2023!
