Somehow, the soothing washer-sim PowerWash Simulator is now two years old, and as a part of what is being called its Washer-Versary, it has some filthy free content for all you clean freaks. Publisher Square Enix and developer FuturLab have revealed The Muckingham Files Part 3, with the free update already live on PS5 and PS4.
Clean freaks can look forward to soaping up a couple of disgusting aquatic jobs. The Aquarium's up first, which must be cleansed of the kinds of gunk that accumulates in sealed, wet environments. Keeping with that theme, a decidedly unsanitary Submarine won a community map vote, so please be excited about that.
Do you unwind in your downtime by feverishly tackling industrial cleaning jobs? Can you believe PowerWash Simulator has already been with us for two years? Make sure to cleanse yourself fully before entering the sacred purity of the comments section below.

I do love me some power washing. Haha. But this reminded me that I really need to go back and do those few time/water trials needed for the Platinum.

Will there be a Concord crossover?
@SoulChimera that’s exactly what I have left to do. I think the Helter Skelter level trophy as well.
Hooray - time to punish myself and my free time once again! Why do I play this? I've no idea, but that's what I do.
@SoulChimera my favourite game but also the hardest game to platinum. Those time trials are soul destroying.
@StonyKL oh a reminder to never touch the time trials whatsoever, if I ever have time in the next 100 or years to play this game I will just ignore them promptly 🫤🫤
@Czar_Khastik
@StonyKL I got the platinum by doing the water-limit trials on smaller challenges like vehicles (where the time trial is so short it's ridiculous) and the time trials on the location based levels (where, if you're efficient and go object by object, the time requirement is not bad at all).
2 years old, yet still not on PSVR2 where it should be.
go clean your house and car... same satisfaction
This thing is somehow a fad like Crocs, or the Kardashians, or eating Tide Pods. There's no explainable reasons as to how it could actually have caught on but somehow it has.
Amazing that this nets Squeenix more money than Rebirth with a longer sales curve!
@LaurenIpsum Neither on PSVR nor SteamVR/PCVR, but it IS on the Meta store for Quest! I guess this counts as a Quest exclusive.
Anyone playing this how fun is it?
@LaurenIpsum That is strange Sony should really put some effort in this these games are perfect for VR.
@Czar_Khastik That would be kinda funny.
My wife will love hearing this. She's one of those clean freaks you mentioned in the article. She loves this game.
