The PS Store is playing host to yet another sale. While the big August offer is still ongoing, a new sale has begun, named PlayStation Indies, reducing prices on a vast array of PS5 and PS4 games and their associated add-ons.
There's a wide range of titles included here, including some we wouldn't necessarily label as indies, but whatever the case, it's well worth checking out to see if anything appeals. Here are a handful of recommendations from this sale:
- Cult of the Lamb: Cultist Edition (£12.49 / $14.99)
- Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn (£24.49 / $27.99)
- Humanity (£14.99 / $17.99)
- Indika (£15.99, £14.99 for PS Plus subscribers / $19.99, $18.74 for PS Plus subscribers)
- Inscryption (£7.99, £6.39 for PS Plus subscribers / $9.99)
- Jurassic World Evolution (£5.54 / $7.49)
- Return to Monkey Island (£9.99 / $12.49)
- Spin Rhythm XD (£10.04, £8.99 for PS Plus subscribers / $13.39, $11.99 for PS Plus subscribers)
- V Rising (£24.74 / $29.99)
The offer runs from now until 5th September. The discounts are live on PS Store now, but PSPrices is a convenient way to browse them. Are you interested in picking anything up from this new offer? Tell us what's in your cart in the comments section below.

I had a quick look through this on Ps Prices and I did not realise how much shovel wear there is on the platform now
Flintlock and v rising have dropped fast
@ZeD I don’t know. Some of those 9p games look triple A to me.
Im toying with the The Complete edition of Chernobylite for £8 but im still unsure if its "actually decent" or "janky nonsense" or bit of both?
@ZeD every platform has gotten really bad. The Switch store is borderline unusable to just browse for games. Steam is flooded with low quality 18+ games or straight up unfinished messes.
Playstation has a ton of trophy games that are shovelware.
I wonder if these games actually make money.
@SoulChimera some are GotY contenders 😂
@breakneck I think it is a lot more noticeable in the PSN sales because of the trophy games which have separate releases for PS4 and PS5. I am quite thankful for the Wishlist feature
Play Inscryption if you haven't
@VaultGuy415 I liked it.. But I'm too dumb to understand card/deck building games lol and got stuck after a while. Incredible atmosphere though.
I don't think I can put off Inscryption any longer at that price.
@PaperAlien it is actually good, but I got it on release and stopped because trophies were not registering. At this point it should be fully functional.
It has fun exploration and base building mechanics.
@PaperAlien I on the other hand couldn't get into it. I found the main character's voice unpleasant, although you could put it in Russian which is more authentic. I am actually struggling to remember why else I didn't like it, I think I just didn't enjoy the general combat and stealth.
@PaperAlien That the PS5 version? Same, I've just put 30 hours into S.t.a.l.k.e.r SOC and loved it. Not sure if the mission structure is too restrictive in Chernobylite by comparison. I love that kind of game though. Basically a gritty, overcast single-player DayZ like but without zombies.
£1.59 for WRC7, and it's well worth it 🙂
