LEGO Horizon Adventures, though rumoured beforehand, was an unexpected announcement from Sony earlier in the year. Combining the popular PlayStation action RPG series with the casual, colourful fun of LEGO, this is an action platformer from Studio Gobo and Guerrilla Games. It's been pencilled in for late 2024 since its unveiling, but it looks like Sony might have inadvertently given us the proper release date a little earlier than planned.
On the official PlayStation website, LEGO Horizon Adventures was one of the featured games at the top of the homepage. Spotted by Reddit user foreveryoung1108, a release date was shown clear as day in its description: "Join Aloy and friends in a lush wilderness on a quest to save the world, available November 14th on PS5, PC, and Switch." Here's a screenshot (thanks, Gematsu):
We attempted to verify this, but the game is no longer on PlayStation's homepage, and there's no mention of the above date when you navigate to LEGO Horizon Adventures' listing. It's possible the date is to be announced very soon, and someone pushed it live by mistake.
As it happens, Nintendo is due to host a pair of Directs later today, one of which is a Partner Showcase. It's entirely possible that, given this game is coming to Switch, the release date may be officially announced during that presentation. Obviously we can't know that for sure, but it all lines up pretty well.
