To be fair to Capcom, it has ported the Darkstalkers games to modern consoles with the Capcom Fighting Collection, so it’s not letting the franchise rot. The chance of a new title in the series seems low, though. At least fans can look forward to a new Street Fighter 6 Fighting Pass inspired by the franchise, however – and just in time for Halloween.
As is the case with all of the brawler’s Battle Passes, you’ll get a bunch of avatar gear, some chat stickers, an emote, a custom Challenger Screen, and more. You’ll also unlock 1994’s Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors to play whenever you like.

Capcom Fighting Collection doesn't sold well with a big portion of the collection filled up with Darkstalkers games. So, I already accepted the fact that Darkstalkers is completely dead. I mean, not every series can keep going forever.
At least they used some characters like Morrigan, Demitri, John Talbain, Felicia, or Bonnie Hood as guest characters / costume skin...

I tried VI, but it just felt soulless. I like some hip-hop, but I'm not real keen on it in SF. All of the music in VI blended together in my brain. Everyone said the SP was like Yakuza or something. It's more like the open world mode in a 2K sports game.
