How’s that tongue of yours? It’s going to be working extra time from 6th March, as you use it to… Talk your way into romancing one of six buxom beauties from the Dead or Alive franchise in Venus Vacation Prism.

Koei Tecmo’s attached a 6th March release date to the “immersive dating” sim, but it’ll only be available in Japan and Asia. One key detail for readers of Push Square, however, is that much like with Dead or Alive Xtreme 3, the Asian version will include English subtitles.

Ready Your Rizz for PS5, PS4 Dead or Alive Dating Game on 6th March 1

The game will be available both physically and digitally, and Play-Asia is taking pre-orders for the English language release for $54.99. Pre-orders include some additional hairstyles and outfits. Meanwhile, the Digital Deluxe Edition includes early access to the game’s photography feature and some bonus photo frames. You’ll also get an additional set of costumes and scenarios, designed by Japanese illustrator Yom.

One other detail worth noting is that Nanami is the sixth and final romanceable heroine to be added to the release. She joins Honoka, Tamaki, Elise, Fiona, and Misaki. For a fun trivia fact, the girls in the roster have an average age of 19-years-old.

In terms of gameplay, this sounds a lot like a visual novel really. You’ll take the girls on various dates, and the different dialogue decisions you select will lead to various outcomes. There’ll also be opportunities to take photos to commemorate your time together, as mentioned above.

To be honest, we think we prefer the minigames of the previous Dead or Alive Xtreme titles to this particular approach, but we’re confident the game will prove a popular import for obvious reasons. Will you be nabbing a copy of this? Drop your best pick-up line in the comments section below.
