12 New PS Plus Extra, Premium Games Arrive Next Week

Tales From The Galaxy’s Edge was great! It suffers from a shortage of Wilhelms though.

That's actually not a bad month imo.

It's the best premium line-up in recent memory but calling the Sly games and the first Jak game bonuses when there's only one other game is definitely a stretch

Coffee Talk is a fun visual novel. The concept of being a barista and memorising the orders of your regulars worked well

Tales from the galaxy’s edge! Loving the PSVR2 giveaways, people would be foolish not to get a headset with all these phenomenal, cheap, and now free games available.

Also will give Forspoken a shot. Neatly picked it up for £10 recently. The story appeals to me.

Also, a couple of visual novels els well suited to Portal play in bed. Nice month.

Great month just for F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch and Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge (PSVR2) but I already have those games.

@Azex I thought the same. If they were bonus games, that means they are more. Obviously not.

Very meh month. With it being Xmas it would have been nice if they dropped one of their 1st party games but I imagine they want to try and cash in on people buying them over Xmas.

I thought this month would be an absolute blow out for the 30th anniversary, but that doesn't look like the case. Forspoken could make me rejoin for a month. I haven't seen that cheap enough for a buy on a whim purchase.

Actually a few titles I’ve been wanting to try but not enough to buy them.

Premium is a joke but Sonic is nice to have. Been meaning to play that.

Hoping Sonic Frontiers and WRC come to Essential at some point later on. If was on Extra still then this ain't a bad month at all personally

Wow!! I've been wanting to play Sonic Frontiers, For spoken, and I just got the psvr2 and really wanna play Galaxy's Edge!!!!! Banger month!!!!! I feel spoiled

Wow what a letdown with premium might have just told us with sly 2 and 3 that those were the sole drops for the month.

Forspoken if you can get past the god awful writing which leads to terrible characters, can be pretty fun gameplay wise.
I might try sonic just to see if i have any interest in the games, which is likely no

I think this is actually a solid month. There are a few titles here that I've been meaning to get but haven't bought yet, like A Space for the Unbound, or the Coffee Talk series, and even Forspoken.

Boy if they didn't add the two Sly games and Jak and Daxter I'd be infuriated as a Premium member. But typical Sony calling them "bonus" games when they weren't...idiots. smh 😑

Terrible month honestly. I can see myself trying forspoken and then deleting it.

It may be a fruitless effort, but I hope more people give Forspoken an honest try.

I was actually thinking about picking up forspoken the other day, so I'll happily try it on here instead. Good couple of other games in there for me as well. Lovely.

This is a great month. I've wanted Sonic Frontiers for ages and might give Forspoken a shot. Also lots of indies I've been curious about!

I still won't upgrade to Premium I'm staying on Extra but does the lower tier still give you discounts and you can earn PS stars as I would drop to that if I can.

Downgrading from Premium to Extra might've been one of the best decisions of my life.

Considering I bought Forspoken for a tenner, it was only a matter of time before it came to PS Plus.

How about putting a PS exclusive like Grand Turrismo 7 that's been out for years? Xbox have flight sim 24 out on day 1.

Great month for me. Definitely planning to try sonic, forspoken, WRC and FIST.
And for anyone on premium with psvr2, I can highly recommend the Star Wars game. Had a brilliant time with it.

When Push Square says the collection is good I usually shrug my shoulders because of another ***** month and now it’s introduced as “Not the biggest bang” I actually find it the most appealing selection of the whole year. I’d play Forspoken and Sonic immediately if I were still subscribed and WRC Generations as well if I hadn’t already bought it.

Sonic and Forspoken are two games I had been interested on for a while but didn't want to risk paying for.... Hope I manage to get time to play them while also being sucked by infinity Nikki

Meh. I’ll try out Forspoken. I already own Sonic Frontiers, and as a lifelong Sonic fan I really wanted to like it but it’s so empty and dull.

The fact that it'd only cost me a fiver to upgrade to Premium for the remainder of my sub, and yet I'm still on the fence about it, well that probably says it all.

One of the best months ever for me, especially thanks to Forspoken. I almost bought it several times, but I kept hoping for a better price for the deluxe version. I may buy the DLC to support SE for greenlighting it.

Tales from the Galaxy's Edge is the perfect PS+ game. I would never have bought it, but now I'm definitely going to play it.

Im happy and Will try the WRC game, forspoken and Sonic. Maybe the Coop game during the holidays with my son.

Damn Sony sure did pull a fast one on us with the Premium selection this month. Well hey at least I will try and defend Sonic Frontiers here. I quite enjoyed it as a new take on what Sonic could be structurally, and just controlling Sonic made it feel really fun to go through

Have been oddly curious about Forspoken from the beginning and just couldn’t bring myself to buy it. I’ll probably try to play it then at some point if it sticks around the service for a while. It’s not happening in the next few months.
Into the backlog it goes!

Ah, I JUST bought Galaxy’s Edge when my VR2 arrived from Black Friday…least the game was on sale. Great pick for those who don’t have it yet, but even still it’s another paltry month for Premium.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 repeatedly caused my PS5 to overheat and shutdown for some reason. Never happened with any other game. Shame as the first one was great!

Well, I've been vaguely interested in Frontiers but wouldn't buy it unless it was like £6 so that's decent for me. Used to love Sonic as a kid, but like most people from that era, it stayed as something from my childhood rather than being something I kept interest in - at least post-Dreamcast. So it'll be interesting to see how the little smug git is doing nowadays.

Forspoken will be interesting to play just to have a nice soak in a warm bath of absolute cringe for as long as it's entertaining.

Hope a few give forspoken a go as I think it was given way too much bad press. I genuinely liked it
