Astro Bot's Free Festive DLC Level, Winter Wonder, Is Now Available on PS5

This looks so damn cute. I was praying they would add a new level before the year's end and Team Asobi delivered.

I'll definitely take a regular level over a speed run even if those were still fun. But what Ive really been hoping for with these updates is challenging levels. I hope they do more next year

Guess this gives me a reason to turn on my PS5.

Curious to see who the special bots will be. Can't think of any Christmas themed bots, but still so many bots missing like how about sweet tooth?

Are the speedrun levels hard?

Finished the story. Still need 60 bots. Love this game!

Won't buy until it comes to PSVR2.

Everytime I play this game, I just want to hug the developers. It's such a joy to play, and stuff like this is just amazing icing on the cake.

@yazzika nothing too bad. On the monkey power up level switch off motion controls it will save you a lot of frustration.

I really like the look of the level. Perfectly Christmas-y.

@Americansamurai1 Damn it, had no idea you could turn off the motion controls! In fairness though, the target time for that one isn't anything too horrendous

I'd rather have one big "real" level than 5 speedrun levels. They were cool to play once a week, but there was just no exploration.

I'm guessing this is where we'll see some of the other rumored bots, but it sucks that the wording here is that this is the last Astro Bot update and we still don't have any Final Fantasy/Nier/Kingdom Hearts characters.

I'm guessing that this update's been planned out since before the game's launch, and that we might see some more later on if the game really did exceed Sony's expectations.

Not yet here on my end (bulgaria) but i cant wait.

I would love more levels. I would gladly pay for more levels. GIMMI MORE LEVELS! It was such a fun game, would love something to help me return to it. Sadly platting it has meant there has been very little for me to return too. They should add like hidden bits like mario games

Yay, more Astro! Yet I have seen people complaining about this. Seriously?! It’s free!

@yazzika not at all. Depending on how fast you complete each level you can unlock one or two bots. The time to unlock one is like, just walk and safely jump from one end to the other. Obscenely easy. The second bot, it make take you once or twice completing the level, but if you're even moderately respectable you should have no problem.

The monkey/climbing level was a little difficult but that's because the mechanic itself doesn't work that well. Turning off motion controls, it too becomes a breeze.

Loved this game - really happy that they have added a proper level, rather than just speed runs (but dont get me wrong, I was grateful for those - any meaningful content for free post launch these days is rare, and this game has delivered).

Finished it this morning, amazing stuff yet again, some of the bots had me grinning like an idiot.

Astro Bot is the gift that keeps on giving! It fully deserves its GOTY award and I wish that PS5 would get a lot more bangers like Astro in the future

For whatever reasons, SE doesn't want their characters in the game or even associate with Astro Bot.

Spider-Man is finally in Astro Bot. Now we just need Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, and Squall and the library is complete!

Love the new level, so many thoughtful details.

Just played through this level and it was an absolute joy to play. It's my favorite one in the game now. Amazing work.

Fabulous level! Both me and my daughter had a lot of fun playing it. Astro is such a joy to play. I sincerely hope Team Asobi are already thinking about Astro’s new adventure.

Beat the level last night and had an absolute blast with it; I even squealed with delight seeing a certain cameo bot finally meets Astro at last

Btw, 3 more trophies are added with this update. Whilst I got them all last night, somehow one said trophy failed to register as having been unlocked until this morning (I got the trophy notification, but it was still 'locked' looking at my trophies menu). Not sure if a glitch or if I was just unlucky lol.
