Eve Is a Festive Firecracker in Stellar Blade PS5's Surprise Xmas Update 1

Update []: And just like that, Stellar Blade's new Christmas-themed update is available to download now. The patch weighs in at around 3.5GB in size, and we'll be updating our Stellar Blade guide with all the new information imminently.

Original Story: The ever-industrious Shift Up is back with another unexpected Stellar Blade update, this time ahead of the holidays. Available from tomorrow, hub town Xion is getting a wintery glow-up, complete with Christmas trees and seasonal decorations.

But that’s not all! A new minigame will be added to the area, with rewards available for anyone who interacts with it. We’re assuming the new Santa Dress for Eve will be among the presents, as well as new festive accessories.

We’ll update our Stellar Blade outfits guide with all the new costumes once the update is available.

This seasonal event will not be time limited, but you will be able to toggle it on and off whenever you like, so if you’re feeling a bit “bah humbug” about all of the Xmas cheer, you’ll be able to deactivate it whenever you please.

We should also mention, there’ll be a new seasonal soundtrack at Eve’s camp to listen to whenever you please.
