Though it’s barely been a month since the return of The Experience thanks to a Barbie-themed track, Kluge Interactive has announced yet more music for its exquisite rhythm title, Synth Riders.
Last year, Kluge released 80s Mixtape Side A, which had an absolutely killer tracklist. This new pack, 80s Mixtape Side B, is the follow-up to this pack, featuring its own impressive roster of tunes. For this bigger, beefier set of songs, you can look forward to:
- Don’t Stop Me Now - Queen
- Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go - Wham!
- Africa - Toto
- Don’t You (Forget About Me) - Simple Minds
- Just Like Heaven - The Cure
- Out of Touch - Daryl Hall & John Oates
- Never Gonna Give You Up - Rick Astley
That is quite the tracklist!
It features a healthy dose of classic memes, as well some of the absolute peak music of the era. Side A was an excellent bunch of tracks already, but Side B seems even better. Plus the pack is available now! You can get the songs for $1.99 each or as a bundle for $10.99. Will you be picking it up?

One of my favourite games from 2024 and bought the 80s songs but it really starts to add up if I keep buying more songs. Will either wait for a DLC sale or skip entirely. Looks a good list though.
If they had done something like Power of Love and took you through the Back to the Future Hill Valley location I'd have bitten your hand of.
Or how about People Are Strange through Santa Carla, Good Enough through the caves on route to One-eyed Willy, Dance Magic Dance through the Labyrinth.....
@StonyKL I was delighted at simple minds but your wishlist has made sad now that I can't have that instead.
It's a great party game. I think people underestimate the use case for when you have friends over vs. playing alone. So these songs come as a welcomed surprise.
That being said, creating custom visuals like what they did for Muse and other tracks is the future moving forward. Every one of my friends who has tried it were blown away by those tracks.
