Yoshihiro Togashi’s long-running and ridiculously popular manga Hunter x Hunter will make its PS5 debut on 17th July, when Bushiroad’s three-on-three fighter Nen x Impact deploys. Pre-orders are available now and include 48-hour Early Access on Sony’s system.
Elsewhere, there’ll be a Season Pass featuring four more characters, beginning with Neferpitou. They’ll be available Fall 2025, with more characters to follow in Winter 2025, Spring 2026, and finally Summer 2026.
The Digital Deluxe Edition will include access to the Season Pass as well as the base game and an alternate costume for Chrollo, priced at $74.99.

If this is a release you’d rather own physically, though, a Limited Edition will be available for $99.99 featuring all of the above, as well as alternate costumes for Kurapika and Hisoka, an illustrated box, a special booklet, and an acrylic stand.

Important to note this is by the team that made Marvel Vs Capcom 3. So that’s pretty exciting.
As a huge Hunter x Hunter fan this is cool but also a disappointment, the fights are obviously amazing in the manga/anime but it's more about the adventure and an adventure game would be much better for this license.
Peak anime for me.
