We’ve known about open world cycling sim Wheel World for a while now, but it looks so good we’re never going to tire of writing about it. Get it? Tire.

Anyway, developer Messhof didn’t reveal much during the latest Annapurna Interactive livestream, although a demo is available now on Steam if you’re eager to take it for a spin.

If you’re waiting for the PS5 release, the studio nailed down a summer release window, so you shouldn’t have to wait too long to get behind the handlebars yourself.

Here’s the blurb, courtesy of the latest press release: “You are Kat, a young cyclist with one mission: save Wheel World from total collapse. Explore a stunning open world filled with impressive vistas, hidden secrets, and races that will test your skills. Customise your bike with an endless array of parts, from sleek speedsters to off-road beasts – there’s no limit to how you can ride.”

There’s a new trailer embedded above which somewhat doubles as a music video for the song Go by Joon. Remember, this title’s entire soundtrack is being curated by indie label Italians Do It Better, so it’s kinda like a hipster wet dream.
