New video game studio Reburn has announced its first project to be PS5 title La Quimera, a sci-fi FPS set in the exosuit-fronted future of Latin America. Playable alone or in two-player co-op, you can catch the reveal trailer above.

La Quimera comes from a rebranded developer called Reburn. It was formally known as 4A Games Ukraine, with the Malta-based headquarters of that company best known for the Metro series. Around 110 workers from the Ukrainian subsidiary have broken off to form this new Reburn team, and work on a new Metro experience continues at 4A Games.

The game has been announced for PC and consoles, so a PS5 version is highly likely. It's set to combine Latin American folklore with high-tech weaponry to create a "mysterious new world". Nicolas Winding Refn of the movie Drive has written the narrative and created the universe.
