If you've ever wanted to demonstrate your love for mobile phone title God of War Betrayal across your hairy chest, then you're finally in luck as Insert Coin is selling a range of 20th-anniversary t-shirts covering every single game in the series.
All available to pre-order now (with a view to dispatching in late April / early May), you can pay £24.99 to get a black top with the logo of your favourite entry in the PlayStation series. You could opt for the original two PS2 instalments that started it all, give the PSP a bit of love with Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta, or be a bit more modern with God of War 2018 and Ragnarok.
Please note that some external links on this page are affiliate links, which means if you click them and make a purchase we may receive a small percentage of the sale. Please read our FTC Disclosure for more information.
Of course, the crème de la crème of the merch range is God of War Betrayal, which was a 2D side-scrolling game that came to phones in 2007. It's designed to bridge the gap between the first two titles, so it's obviously seen as a pivotal experience. Make sure it's included in that rumoured remastered collection, Santa Monica Studio!
In addition to the t-shirts, you can also buy Odin, Sigrun, and Thor and Sif-themed blankets for £34.99 each, or upgrade to a hoodie (£54.99) or jacket (£84.99).
If you'd prefer to keep your 20th-anniversary celebrations in-game, then new armour and skins are available in God of War Ragnarok, and there's a new PSN Avatar to unlock. If you were to buy one of these T-shirts, which one would you go for? Put your pick in the comments below.

Now everyone that is upset about not getting the God of War Remaster Collection that they expected for the anniversary can buy a shirt to show how they feel betrayed
Jokes aside, I never heard of the phone game lol
@Deadlyblack 😂 I remember it but imo it doesn’t count 👍🏻 as part of the series.
Back when phones still had keypads and mobile games were barely games, Betrayal was actually awesome 🤣 Good times. Also, f*ck I'm old 🥲
One thing I saw during this ‘anniversary celebration’ that I would have liked was a record set that covered all the games. That looks awesome, but it comes at a hefty price which I don’t see selling out at. Apart from that, this hasn’t been a great anniversary from an actual games point at all. At the very least, Sony could have done a set of Console Plates or a themed Control Pad or something like that if there wasn’t to be a Remastered Collection. At least something from a games standpoint as opposed to T Shirts and the ilk.
Had no idea such a game existed. Loved the 2 psp games though
It's incredible that they even acknowledge it.
...wow £25 for a shirt, £130 for a jacket. Happy anniversary, Kratos 🙄
That's £25 for a shirt that literally just says God of War on it with a PS logo on the sleeve. The biggest grift ever is consumers paying a lot of money to advertise for companies
Don't care about clothing merch, give me that remaster collection alreadddyyyy - I loved the original PS2 game (never played 2) and finished the PSP games multiple times, but most of all, I want to play the recent ones, but first I want to play the old ones, come on alreadddyyyy
😭😭😭 I am just patiently waiting for that remaster news at any point now 😭😭😭 I completely missed out of GoW 1 & 2 on the PS2 becausd I tried the first as a middle schooler and rage quit so fast. And I never had a PS3 so I didn’t play that whole generation. So a remastered collection would be fantastic 😭😭😭
@ItsAlwaysSunnyyy Like every other fashion brand ever 😀
I loved this game on my LG flip phone back in the day. I kept it with the game installed up until the mid 2010s when a friend of mine desperately needed to borrow a phone. Never saw it again. I've always wanted to remake the game myself, but I lack the required dev skills, unfortunately.
Well, they should make not only Betrayal, but Chain of Olimpus and Ghost of Sparta playable today. That would be a show of love I would engage.
I am the target audience here. I love the concept of each game getting it's own T-shirt...
...but these are kind of...meh. The design is so uninspired and similar from one to the next. I can't bring myself to pay £25 for one, as much as I'd love an Ascension T shirt - this ain't it.
@AK4tywill Same. I was looking forward to seeing what these shirts would be but man those are boring designs.
Sorry but Insert Coin haven’t produced a decent design in years. These are particularly poor though. How underwhelming.
