Will PS5 get QSSR support? Could make a significant difference. Especially if they lower the resolution to integrate select ray tracing features for the 60 fps mode!

Hanako Embers has been waiting for me since 2025 but I've been busy doing gigs and plotting with Idris.

Mod support for PS5 would be a good addition. There are some fantastic PC Mods, I wouldn't expect flying cars but I could see Mods adding some interesting extra bells and whistles to the game.

We just got free remaster for Witcher 3 so we shouldn't be surprised that they'll continue with Cyberpunk aswell.

@Max_the_German think QSSR could be possible but there won´t be RT at 60 fps on the base ps5 most likely. It won´t be possible to lower the res that much.

Amazing! Hopefully I'll be able to actually play the game again with my current build on base PS5. Fingers crossed they fix sniper zoom and scanning, and possibly shadow bleeding, after they were fumbled with the Pro patch.

It's an incredible game, but mostly I just wish they'd fix it once and for all and leave it alone.

@Reeneman It runs with resolutions between 1260p and 1728p on base PS5, typically 1512p. With QSSR, a reduction to values between 900p and 1260p, upscaled to 1440p, could be totally fine and would create a lot of resources for RT features. Enough CPU resources for RT though? I don’t know.

Maybe we’ll get this amazing new feature that’s so cutting edge I can’t think of a single game in the past 30 years that incorporates it:

Y-axis camera inversion during 3rd person driving!

Is it even possible?? You’d have to be coding geniuses to work that out! It’s such a revolutionary idea they better go ahead and patent it before someone else uses it!!

I'd still love to see at least a third person conversation mode, similar to Deus Ex Human Revolution/Mankind Divided, where we can actually see our character's face when they speak.

I still need to play Phantom Liberty lol but I'm looking forward to what the update adds into the game.

I'm yet to play Cyberpunk 2077, but at this rate, when will it be finished so I can jump in? It's insanity. Hats off to CDPR for this level of support.

Only about an hour into it been so much out and backlog got overwhelmed. Might be a good time to jump back in before GTA 6 literally consumes my gaming life lol.
