The starving Abby was a better more believable Abby than Abby in beast mode.

Playing The Spiders Thread and enjoying it. Exploration, puzzles, bonus levels, and arenas. Deepest I’ve gone is 11, get a bit further each time depending on levels and abilities. Great stuff. Haven’t had a single issue on PS5.

So 2 expansions to the game with a third TBD, a murder circus (possibly updated murder game show), and some robust patches.

So wait for August to get the complete game.

Going forward I’d have hoped the many claims of a good game came from the Molyneux, the Soul Reaver and Lord British. So many empty hopes and dreams.

Just looking to explore another FF game. Thankfully no optional dungeons. The optional one in 15 was a dark maze of wtf.

Looking forward to a next Gen release. Haven’t played it since it first released. Love this violent, disturbed town. The siren for the transition echoes in my head.

Really the only FC adventure that was continued in a spin-off of sorts. A lot of philosophical arguments in both.

The desolate landscape and desert, not much in terms of life going on? Looks like a nomad Elden Ring. Some big boss lady with an ego to match. Looks nice, any other methods of transport?

In 2023, this game honestly feels like a Far Cry Light. The main campaign is still playable, it’s free on Extra currently and has a nice alternative history thing going on. Oh and it takes place in Philadelphia, my hometown, so it’s a silly kind of fun.

I don’t think it really deserves the hate and low scores. It is fun to play, and killing the enemy never seems to get old. Got a lot of Handmaid Tale assets like a giant wall, sectors, drones, cameras.

As the online portion doesn’t matter, it becomes a fun offline lil shooter.

@WexMajor Well, that’s good. Now as to changes to the sequel, will PP survive a bit longer than Joel?

The first game is very skewed to a 2-3 person game, while it’s possible to do it solo, it would be really difficult to do so. I hate when potentially good games get into this co-op mindset, it’s never thought that it won’t go over too well a few years in.

Loved the first, gave up on RftA. At least give an option for a single player dungeon, or an AI companion.

Current game is tooled for more than 1 player, no option for single. Kind of like how AC Unity has to be “online” when the server doesn’t exist anymore.

Curious how the time skip will be handled as Bella is still 14. Unless they make the antagonist a bit older when the ***** went down in this episode.

Need to scratch that survival horror itch.
