My experience with the first one is pretty much the same as deadfred77. The change to third-person in this sequel caught my interest so keeping an eye on this.
I'm keeping an eye out for Mega Man, Pac-Man, Sifu, and of course PlayStation (hopefully they got atleast Ratchet & Clank in there as far as PlayStation IPs I'm personally interested in goes).
@beltmenot : Here is the Mai Shiranui trailer (in both English and Japanese). Weird that @ShogunRok didn't include it in the article yet had Mai in the thumbnail.
Have to wait on buying Black Myth though as my wallet will be going to many other games down this later half of the year.
@ChrisDeku: As pointed out by a few members in here, Chinaโs market is huge and the game was developed primarily for the Chinese audince in mind, not to mention its an adaptation of one of the most famous Chinese epic stories ever. Those definitely counts to all the key factors on why these numbers are as big as they are.
@LifeGirl @AverageGamer: Don't forget Twisted Metal. While I can't say its one of the top best adaptations (just my opinion), the show was far from a failure, atleast if you are fine with near mindless fun. Hopefully season 2 will be just as good if not better.
And to answer the latter's question: I haven't seen it but the Warcraft movie was very disliked from what I heard.
Iโm a bit wary of Krafton but other then that this is a nice surprise. Would be funny to see a Hi-Fi Rush sequel release on all consoles save for Xbox lol.
Thanks for the review. Sounds like a 'good' FMV that is on the very cringey side (well granted all FMVs are cringey) but will still give me a nice laugh in the afternoon.๐
When my excitement side gets tingled by Fortnite it is because of these amusing, epic trailers and....hmm, nope, thats where it stops, just the trailers.
I wasn't aware this existed tbh, and for a few seconds I also confused this with Rare's Everwild (wouldn't surprise me though if that one is also canned by now) even though I'm aware its a Xbox-exclusive.
Good to hear. Its seriously such a refreshing statement that stands out from most companies who nowadays just wants to keep expanding the open world formula for the sake of it without thinking about the risks involved.
Tomba was one of the first PS1 games I played as a kid, never beat the game and I never played the sequel either.
Tomba isn't one of my favorite PS games but I'm kinda fond of it. I may get the Special Edition at a later date.
Looking forward to see the official translation work in Prosecutor's Gambit, especially the names so I can compare which ones I personally find better or worse then the fan translation.
@PuppetMaster : I get it about the first two but in fairness Conan has always been the type to fit in right in a fighting game (its a shame IMO there's never been an attempt for a official CtB fighter, regardless of how it would have turned out), particularly one that more or less uses weapon-based gameplay and also happen to be set in a โdark fantasyโ settning with a violent, gory tone and well, the MK series fits that description.
Of course, personally I always just assumed he would appear in a SoulCalibur (which fits him just as well) game first but here we are.
Frankly I don't really trust Sonic Team with making a good Sonic RPG.
Plus, Sega has been the owner of Atlus for a long time now, not to mention that they have RGG Studios. They should use one of them to make a RPG game.
@Savage_Joe: Letting an ecchi company make an adaptation of a famous IP (in this case, a video game based on Bleach) in Japan is more common then most people think.
That said, in fairness Tamsoft is known for other notable works beside just Senran Kagura & Oneechanbara. They developed the Battle Arena Toshinden series (the first entry being one of the earliest 3D fighters, and the first known 3D weapon-based fighter, predating Soulcalibur), and they worked with Bamco before by developing that 2020 Captain Tsubasa (a well-known soccer manga) game.
I can understand why he doesn't wanna go back to the FF franchise, but not wanting to atleast try bringing Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon to modern consoles is a letdown imo.
I need to replay this game, one of 2020's underrated gaming gems imo.
@Ken_Kaniff: They developed TMNT Shredder's Revenge (with Dotemu as publisher).
And alongside this game their own developed-and-published titles are Ninja Senki, Wizorb, Mercenary Kings, Curses 'N Chaos, and Flinthook.

Didn't quite expect that kind of outfit for Garou-era Mai but fortunately she still looks good overall.

Re: Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (PS2) - Charming PS2 Platformer Can Still Steal Our Hearts
Still one of my favorite PS2 games of all time. Always happy to see Sly.
Re: Never Has a Game Looked So Good Yet So Jank as PS5's Neo Berlin 2087
Game looks fine overall and the jank is not a dealbreaker imo since this is made by a indie team after all.
Whether the actual gameplay and the narrative will be good or not remain to be seen, frankly Iโm not impressed in those departments.
Re: Square Enix Has Got Fans Talking About a Final Fantasy 13 Remake, Not a Remaster
Please no, just remaster the FF13 games and call it a day.

All I can say is nice to see Dizzy and Venom again, nothing to say about Unika, and Lucy was unexpected.
Lack of Jam hurts though, guess they are saving her for the next game.
