Since they are going through the trouble of making an live-action adaptation they better give us a new GR game in the future...unless the new game would be a movie tie-in, in that case I pass, I prefer the original source material.

Anyway, hope the movie ends up decent atleast.

@MrMagic : I usually only watch dubs if the ENG voices are any good.
That said, I only seen the original version of the GBF anime and have yet to watch the dub but I assume its using the same ENG cast from the games, I find them quite alright.
This is also the first time I’m watching episodes in full, as I only seen some clips before.

Thats cool I guess. Gives me something to do in the chilly friday afternoon.

Cool. First Soulcalibur VI and now GF Versus: Rising. Next future fighting game appearance for 2B: Smash 6 (if nothing else before then).

I'm really looking forward to Plucky Squire as always.
The only other game here that caught my eye was Pepper Grinder. In a way it feels like it could be a spiritual follow-up to Game Freak's Drill Dozer (only more fast-paced and challenging) that I never knew I wanted until now.

They made the right call.

I'be lying if I said I didn't play AH for the thicc robot girls, lol.
But the story and aesthetics were admittedly intriguing, though the gameplay did pretty much fall short.

It was only a matter of time so I'm not surprised at all.

There is also the game's price to consider, certainly didn't help with things. Whats ironic is that Superstars actually sold more during some Black Friday sales than any time since launch. Maybe it should've been a $40 game from the start lol.

Tbh I worry less about his face (which I'm sure will be fixed with a future patch anyway) and more about his voice. Something about it sounds like the VA just reading the lines and barely putting any effort into them.

Also yeah, the 'post-2024' is just a mistranslation in the video. The website and tweets have been updated to "Coming in 2024". I think they just meant latter half of 2024 or something like that.

I gladly take this over the sequel, which I already gave up on a long time ago thanks to what it has currently become.

Or better yet, change their name to 'Going down' or something similiar because thats what EG are going through right now despite saying otherwise.

Honestly, if it wasn't for Kevin Conroy's last performance as Batman being in here and all, I wouldn't bother waiting for this game and its full story (which doesn't really impress me as its practically just another "Evil Superman & Justice League" + "Suicide Squad fights alien invasion").

I wouldn't mind a live-action Persona movie/TV series as long as it is set in Japan and made by a Japanese studio.
But sadly I bet that a "typical'" western adaptation would be more favored instead, in which case its a complete 'no thank you' from me.

Meh, okay list but "kids" is a very broad subject. Only like 3 or 4 of these games are what I would consider 'real' kids & family-friendly titles, the rest are too 'dark' and/or too difficult.

@Athrum : Alongside F.I.S.T., atleast two other games announced during China Hero Project have also been released earlier: ANNO: Mutantionem (2022) and Hardcore Mecha (2020).

Its good that Peter is taking a temporary break. As for Miles, as fond as I'm of him, I rather prefer it if Insomniac could also focus on and introduce some other Spider-people who agruably haven't gotten that much attention in Marvel's media outside of the comics.

Cindy/Silk is definitely a good start and I was pleased at her cameo in the ending. I also hope in the next or future SM titles Insomniac can bring in Julia Carpenter (with Julia making her live-action cinematic debut in Madame Web next year I suspect that Marvel will have her for a lot more media appearances afterwards).
