I am playing the game of life. I am working this weekend. With some Paper Mario 2 switch in between.

Took me 9 months to finally finish the game. The payoff was not worth it. The ending was predictable and lame. I spent 100 hours+ for that, come on man lol. The world felt empty. The soul just was not there for me. I felt like this world being focused directly on a small island of what is possibly a huge ass planet of other continents was very strange. I did enjoy some of the characters though. Joshua was a highlight.

Pretty soul like game outted at this point. There will need to be something to freshin the genre up at this point for me to be interested.

Looks good in that tweet. That Cinematic trailer at the Xbox event looked lame. So the first impressions were not good.

Wish this had a full action mode. My turn-based days are done.

Very weak showcase. Who even plays Hero Shooters anymore? Such a lame concept.

Anyway, Astro Bot is the only thing I found interesting. I am a little nervous that Sony won't have any other interesting first party games for a while yet.

Really only annoying for those who have to use a VPN to play the games.

Very nice costumes. I would probably stick with less revealing ones though for my sanity. Hopefully, people who cancelled preorders will get the game now. The game is amazing and should be played. I would love to see that sequel get realized.

Waiting for that Plucky Squire. Looks so interesting.

"Filming" I wonder if this is supposed to be a game or a movie. Ya I remember playing MGS4. 20 hours of movie and 5 hours of gameplay lol

I am actually shocked they are fixing their patch screw up. They must be serious about going all in for fallout. The executives must be seeing that shows the popularity and want to capitalize on it.

I have not finished the game. Last played it back in early march. Just got out of the Golden Saucer.

The main game was a let down. So I won't be buying the DLC. I spent so much time on this game for the end of the game to be such a bore. I think the world was pretty cool, but the game was not very exciting.

I would not really describe Fallout 4 as an rpg

Well its a bit of a problem when you do it months after launch and refunds cannot be given. This needs to be something there at launch. I know people who would not give soyny the time of day.

I would probably give the game close to a 9, probably 8.5. The music is great, the graphics are very nice, and the story seems pretty solid. My only complaint would be some of the QTE and some of the maps being corridors. I give other games crap for having QTE and lazy map designs, I cannot give this game I am loving a pass. I really love the parry, dodge system and its pretty forgiving to boot once you get leveled up.

That's good to know. I am still in the demo area so makes sense.

Action games are hard to get right. God of War 1-3,Ninja Gaiden 1-2, and Nier Auto-mata got it right. Steller Blade will require me to painstakingly get good before I actually like it. Has not been forgiving. I enjoy souls games, but only when I can do cheese builds. So far it is only pretty to look at and it is fun to own the woke gaming journalist by buying it. Ultimately I have to enjoy it, I will give it a little more time. I just have a feeling I will get frustrated with it though if the demo is anything to go on.

Guess, I will never update my switch version of the game lol

Why even bother with RE3. It needs to be remade properly. The remake was a major let down with most of the original missing. I was so sad when I played it. My favorite RE game back in the day.

Well seeing how Halo turned out. That should be a big pass. What has paramount put out recently that is good? I hear Star Trak has been terrible recently too.

The problem is I did not like ff16. Took me 6 months to finally complete and the pay off was terrible. I did like the world and the characters are nice, but the overall story was kinda meh. The ending was really boring.

I am more curious if this is by a by the numbers Ubisoft game with the tower climbing stuff. Or will it feel unique?

If honest, I will have the clothing on to keep my head out of the gutter.

Other than the mc looking like sloth, the showcase they had looked pretty cool. But this is Ubisoft we are talking about, it could be a diamond in the rough this time around.

I am getting some weird artifacting with my ps5, i think mine is failing. WIll look into getting this.

Man, I wish we could get those titles off that ps3 architecture.

The game still looks like it will be good. I hope it has scores that will make it feel like authentic Japan. The question I would have though ultimately, is should I wait to see if it will have a price drop. $69.99 might be a little steep for this one.

I know graphics are not everything, but if you said this was coming out on ps3, I would believe you.

@spcspc You pay $69.99 for a game you can bitch about it all you want. The design of these critters are freaky. My first thought when I first entered the mushroom as well. I paid $380 for mine, so I am going to btch about it lol.

Hope its good. Amazon is very much hit or miss. Rings of Power was a ouch and so was Wheels of Time

Might have to double dip on this one. The game was so good on ps4/pro. Could not put it down until it was finished. I would love to see how it looks on ultrawide.

@nocdaes The start of the game was very nice. Hopefully the main story bits hold the game up, minus pushing around boxes and climbing yellow handholds lol. Ya i will btch about pushing around a mine cart lol.

@nocdaes Thank you!. I aint the only one. Only reason I am still playing is the nostalgia glasses(theme of the game and music). The stopping for Chadley is the worst.
Also never really liked the combat(same with the first game/ even FF16), just does not feel impactful to me.
Pretty funny when my favorite part of the game is the mini-games, so far loving Queens Blood and I do enjoy Fort Condor game, chocobo time trials are fun as well.
The bane of the game is the Ubisoft map marker gameplay

Man, I might be in the minority ,but this game is a chore to play through. Feel like I got to suffer to get to the story, cause the actual gameplay is just not fun. If it was not for the nostalgia(music, environments, themes) I would have hung this game up already. The combat is not very good, Witcher 3 levels or boring, the map marker activities are the bane of my existence lol. The mini games hold this game up a lot. I like the Queens Blood ironically(not normally a thing I think I would enjoy lol)

I will say I loved the first movie(game), but it is overrated in terms of a game. It's more of an interactive movie.
