I bought the digital version of the console cause I don't care about discs but it would be nice to be able to access some of the games I bought on PS3..... I literally bought all the PS1 games and the best PS2 and PS3 games...

Somehow managed to get 2 lool... I think having really fast internet helps. Heard ppl were having trouble logging into their GAME accounts and had to use guest. I managed to sign in but haven't got confirmation email tho

If you have a decent cpu, an ssd and 16gb, then just buy a 3070 and wait for the ps5 price to drop. Dunno why everyone wants this console on release day. The good games don't come out on it until 6 months down the line...

I especially agree with the digital archiving. Like I want to play Lost Odyssey but I can't cause I would need to go out and buy an Xbox 360. It just makes sense to move old games on PC. Games like Last of Us ad Uncharted 1-3 came out on the PS3!!!! Uncharted 1 came out like 13 years ago, whats the problem?

Of course it does. They are losing possible customers but there obviously an audience that wants to play it on PC. I see Nintendo creating a Steam like store and will start selling their exclusives on PC. Its inevitable.

People on here are hilarious lool. They're selling games to people who were never gonna buy a PS4/PS5 in the first place. Bringing all the PS4 exclusives to PC will pretty destroy the need for a future PS4 emulator lool, but the losers on here don't think about that... We can already play Last of Us and Uncharted on RPCS3, but if Sony released those games for PC I'll defo buy them.

PS5 will probably end up selling more consoles then PS4. There is never gonna be a day where a 10 year old kid goes up to the parents and say, "I want a PC for my bday/christmas" 😂😂😂

With that said, I love having Horizon, Halo and Persona 4 all on the same machine and also being able to play Switch games at 4k 😂😂 PC is just awesome

This isn't gonna stop people buying it from multiple outlets and then selling it on ebay during Christmas time.

I only buy exclusive games on the ps4. I used to be crazy and buy up all the psp, ps vita, ps1 and ps2 stuff on the ps3 but since Sony thought BC was a bad thing, I've stopped buying games that aren't exclusives.
Think I've bought like 23 games on steam this month and nothing on psn. Last psn game I bought was Medievil.

Also, Sony is just trying to squeeze out any more money it can from a 4 year old game. Even if PC player fall in love with this game I doubt most of them will buy a ps5 anyway but its not about that. Most people can't afford a 1500-2000 PC to get the performance improvements anyway. PS5 will do fine (as long as they have good exclusives) even if Sony releases every PS4 exclusive on PC. I doubt people are gonna buy a PS5 to play the 4 year old games with slightly better performance.
