@ShogunRok being Irish I can agree with all of this. Some awful accents.

@ShogunRok I think it was the Gambit system that put me off. I was used to picking commands for each character on the older games, so when Gambit came along I was like "I can't control each character individually? This is awful" Now I'm like this is so much handier

And I know you technically can command each character individually, it's just a real effort

Hated it when it first released. Played it a few years later and loved it. Duno why I hated it 😂

Never had any hype for this game to begin with. The whole recurit and play as anyone put me off. Unless they actually have a main character and i missed it

@Nikpala All about personal taste my man! There are better RPGs/Openworld games out this year, but the setting, world, characters have so much charm and i love Feudal Japan era so!

Honestly The Last of Us was my favourite PS3 game, but id happily push Part 2 aside to get this first. It looks so good

60 hours into Odyssey and im not finished. Havnt even done many side quests. Im loving it but yeah, ill not complain if the next one is scaled down a bit!

@nookie_egg part 2, we meet Yuffie straight away. She steals your Materia. Thats how they restart the progression from scratch maybe? Would be a cool way to do it

One of my brothers that has never played a Final Fantasy game in his life bought this because he heard me and my other brothers talking about it. He loves it. Think this will sell really well over time!

To me its only spoilers for people that have played the original. Like, we know whats going on in the trailer. But people that havnt played the original wont no when a lot of the events in the trailer occur. It did show some new stuff but with no context so....

The trailer that showed the Jenova fight was more of a spoiler for me than this trailer

On Chapter 17 atm and absolutely loving it. Cant wait to see what all the fuss about the ending is. If its something trivial that "fans" of the original are having a fuss about i wouldnt be surprised.

Oh and i thought the game didnt have an All materia. It does. Just called something else. Only realised on chapter 16, how its changed the battles for me haha

Resi CV/or the Outbreak files. Or Onimusha/Devil May Cry on that glorious RE Engine. Imagine! Side note, i enjoyed Resi 3 remake more than 2s, just like i enjoyed The original 3 more than 2 🤷‍♂️

Hopefully the Outbreak files! And Resi 3 Remake has generally reviewed quite well apart from a few sites. Looking forward to it since ive always liked 3 more than 2. Fight me!
