This actually looks pretty good!Not a big multiplayer gamer but I'll give this a go.

About time we heard something on this.One of my predictions on this site was that we finally get a release date.Hope that's the case and it's soon,absolutely LOVED the first game!

The Last Of Us Part 2 and Assassins Creed Valhalla will continue to hold my interest this weekend along with Sakuna Of Rice And Ruin on Switch.

Oh my God,I never thought I'd get so excited for an old video game as I just have!
Now if only they released Lunar,Shining Force,Snatcher,Sewer Shark and Popful Mail gets etc..

@LordSteev Yep you are right it COULD be catastrophic just like any game although I don't think it will be.
When it was first announced with the trailer,it was one of a few games that I absolutely LOVED the look of,more than some of the big ones.Going by the reaction on this site and others it seemed others felt the same so I'm surprised it didant come a bit higher.
Oh and to be honest I didant realise they hadn't made a game before but I'm still extremely hyped for it.

Predictable and fantastic Top 3 but can't believe Kena Bridge Of Spirits is number 8...it should be at least 4!

I put 116 hours into Persona 5 and bought Persona 5 Royal Day One but still have not got round to starting it yet.But now with Persona Strikers round the corner I may wait until I've played and finished that one as it would make more sense seeing as Strikers doesant include characters from Royal.

Over 90 hours and still have loads to do!Love the game but can definitely understand people getting tired of it and moving on.I can't see myself getting the Platinum on this one unlike the last two games in the series but I'm definitely not bored of it yet.

I used the cards on Astrobot and that's it!Not used any of the other features either..

Finished and obtained the Platinum too.Absolutely fantastic game!
Story is totally out there and bonkers but still excellent.

Persona Strikers is the one for me..shame no storybook though.

About 78 hours into Assassins Creed Valhalla myself and still loving it.The only reason I would want to put it on pause is to try Immortals Fenix Rising which I received as a gift..
On Ps4 I am well into The Last Of Us 2,absolutely loving it despite not being a HUGE fan of the original and being one of the people that felt a sequel was unnecessary.
On Switch I'm playing Sakuna Of Rice And Ruin..a game more people need to play!

1/ Dying Light 2 finally gets a release date for late 2021.
2/ Ratchet And Clank releases for Ps5 early Feb.
3/Persona 6 is announced.
4/Persona 3 remake/remaster surprise is also announced.
5/Final Fantasy VII Remake PT 2 gets estimated release of late 2023.

Best month so far!All three games I don't own and all three I am VERY interested in playing...it doesant get better than this!

So far I have only played 3 games on the Ps5 : Astrobot,Sackboy and Assassins creed Valhalla.Astrobot comes out top.

I finally finished Sakura Wars on Ps4 yesterday..a brilliant rpg that at 27 hours was just the right length.So as I received The Last Of Us Part 2 for Christmas I'm tempted to start that rather than start a game I've had over a year..
On the Ps5 I'll be continuing Assassins Creed Valhalla.I received Immortals Fenix Rising yesterday too but I don't really want to have more than one open world game on the go.May also do a bit more Sackboy on Ps5 as I haven't played much of that one.
On the Switch besides playing Animal Crossing I literally just started Sakuna Of Rice And Ruin a few hours ago which was another present.Absolutely loving it!

19/30 and none were guesses.Not bad.

The only two games I've been playing for the last couple of weeks..Assassins creed Valhalla which I'm 50 hours into and not even uncovered half the map yet..Absolutely loving it..although Odyssey and Origins are probably better.
The other game I'm playing is Sakura Wars...Absolutely HOOKED on this brilliant rpg!Just started chapter 6 so very near the end unfortunately.

As much as I've always loved Crash,Id never played a Spyro game in my life until the Spyro Trilogy was released and I absolutely loved it even more so than the bandicoot.A Spyro 4 would be a Day One buy.

The Muppets was the best part of the show last year.I'm a bit disappointed it's not beaker again to be honest.

Great review,it's the kind of score I was expecting to be honest but I feel like the only one here that is still excited for it.Then again it's the only game on my Christmas list..

@playstation1995 Hahaha..maybe if they hadn't of axed it,it COULD of been GOTY.

They are nothing special.Only Just Cause 4 is a decent one but as I haven't even played the third one yet I highly doubt I'll be playing it within the next couple of years.
Just throw em on the never ending backlog pile.

Back to work next week after a very expensive week off and I can't see I'll be having a lot of free gaming time until after Christmas so I'm making the most of the weekend by continuing with Gravity Rush 2 on Ps4 and Assassins Creed Valhalla on Ps5.
Really want to grab that 7 minute trophy on Astro as it's the only one to get but I highly doubt I'll manage it.
I'm also trying to decide whether to finally start Sackboy on Ps5 or Sakura Wars for the Ps4 which I received on my birthday.

I thought it would be Sackboy but I haven't even started that yet!Was too busy with Astrobot...so yeah..ASTROBOT is King!

Great article.Personally I will always PREFER physical but digital is so much easier.All my PSVR games are also digital only because I don't want to keep taking helmet off to switch games.If there are decent sales I will usually buy a few digital games when the offers are on.
I will ALWAYS buy a game im really excited for physical especially if it has a cool Steelbook or Special Edition.
Also will ask for physical games as gifts for birthdays and Christmas.
I can see this continuing with the PS5 too.

Not too bad.Still not tried the last few months games yet so I'm not bothered.
I'm never gonna catch up with backlog so no point worrying what were gonna get on Plus.

I really hate Scalpers with a passion.But like @tomassi says,the idiots paying the ridiculous prices are partly to blame.If no one paid them then we wouldn't have this problem.

So glad I got mine with Base in bundle with Ps5.

Loving this game on PS5 although I've only just arrived in England.Only encountered one bug so far and that was the enemies I was fighting turned invisible and just their weapons were flying about.Looked very weird!

I have the next week off so that worked out well with the Ps5 turning up Thursday plus with my birthday tomorrow im hoping I'll get some nice games.
So Ps5...the only game I have been playing on it so far is Astrobot...absolutely fantastic game to give away with the console...as for the controller...it's like magic...amazing how it has so many sensations in it but it has made my hand and fingers ache so not sure I'll be able to use it all the time.
On the Ps4 I started a little game that I've had on my backlog for over a year..Gravity Rush 2...this game excites me as much as the Ps5!
On the Switch more Animal Crossing and I SHOULD be finishing Paper Mario..another brilliant game.

Received mine from Parcel Force about midday.It wasn't until near tea time before I got to try it though as I spent hours round the back of the tv trying to rearrange and sort out cables for the Ps4,PSVR and Switch..
Worth the effort though!

Finally received an email from Base with my tracking info!Ps5 is with Parcel force and out for delivery!Woohoo!

I've never used Rest Mode in any console and doubt I will for Ps5 so hopefully I'll be ok but I think I'll still wait for a patch or something before risking it.

I only watched the film a few days ago.Not really into animated films but id say this one was possibly the best film I've seen all year..not that I've seen many mind.
But isant the Ps5 game supposed to mess up your console or something?I really want it but don't want to ruin my PS5 day one.

As the Final Fantasy XV game is part of the PS Plus Collection do you know if I save my progress in the cloud from my original disc copy will I be able to continue my progress if I play the digital Royal Edition?

This weekend I'll continue to play around in the sandy world of Mad Max.Beat the story last night but after 72 hours in the game I still have plenty to do.
Also started AI Somnium Files a few days ago which I had bought in a sale ages ago and I'm loving it!
I had gone back to Final Fantasy XV recently but now I'm undecided whether to carry on or wait and use the Ps5 next week to speed things up a bit..
On the Switch I'll be doing the usual Animal Crossing,carrying on with Paper Mario and I recently tried the demo of Pikimin 3...which I love!

Astro is actually the main thing I'm excited for when I get my PS5 next week so whether it's a new game,VR sequel or expansion..I'm down.

These prices are ridiculous!Will be a while before PS5 game's get this low.

Funnily enough the Ps5 just happens to release on my rolling day off next week and then the following week I had already booked a year ago.Just hope Base.com deliver to me on time.

I finished and got the Platinum for the excellent 13 Sentinels recently so just lately been putting a lot of game time into Mad Max that I'm loving.
Also finished Tokyo Xanadu Ex which I really enjoyed but to be honest like the Trails series it really started to outstay it's welcome and the fact the girls have to laugh in every sentence got really annoying.I still have the option to carry on and get the True ending but after 60 hours I think I'm done for now.
Of course Animal Crossing and Paper Mario on Switch get a look in as usual.

Bugsnax,Sackboy,Spiderman,Assassins Creed Valhalla and possibly Godfall or Maneater.
oh and definitely Gods And Monsters!

Man Of Medan was such a disappointment that I almost didant buy this game...almost!Glad I did,I've only played an hour so far but I'm loving it...a BIG improvement over the first game but unfortunately will never reach the excellence of Until Dawn.
