Games I'd like to play... Tank Crew military simulator-- you and friends have different roles inside a tank like driver, machine gunners, main gunner, loader etc. Accomplish missions or conquer an objective. Bomber Crew simulator, Submarine simulator same idea.
Sniper vs Sniper games with no man's land like Sniper Elite has, but have some tunnels underneath to deal with hiders camping behind objects, or make L shaped maps that wrap around each other to get more angles on positions. Even have a map editor and a publisher for multiplayer.
