It's been out for a full week now on PS5 (and Nintendo Switch!), and so we want to know what you think of LEGO Horizon Adventures.
When this block-based excursion was first announced, opinions were divided. On one side of the coin, Horizon seemed like a great fit for LEGO in general, with its carefully constructed robot dinosaurs just begging to be made out of the iconic bricks. On the other, did Horizon, as a PlayStation property and potential multimedia franchise, really warrant a LEGO spin-off?
Based on critic reviews at least, LEGO Horizon Adventures ended up missing the mark — at least to some extent. Scores were fairly positive overall but didn't hit the kind of highs that you'd typically expect of an established, Sony-owned IP.
We gave the game a 'not bad' 6/10 in our full LEGO Horizon Adventures PS5 review. We praised the title's pristine visuals and fun storytelling, but we couldn't help but feel disappointed by its underlying structure. "There's absolutely fun to be had here, especially the combat, but some fundamental design decisions let the side down," we concluded.
But what review score would you give LEGO Horizon Adventures? Vote in our poll, and then build an honest opinion in the comments section below.

I've been playing it for the last few days and I'm enjoying it. 7/10 from me.
If I was 5 - 10 years old though this game would be blowing my mind.
I'm 42 but I'm a big kid so my mother in law is buying me it for Christmas. Just ordered smurfs dreams from Amazon and as soon as I can I'll be getting Croc. Love platform games
Completed it yesterday and had fun playing it. It's a 7/10 for me but could have been higher if it was longer and maybe had some open world areas like most Lego games have these days.
We should just remove the 1 option because nobody uses it appropriately and it is solely occupied by troll votes
Solid 7 as some the people above me. It's a lot of fun to pop in for a couple levels, but I wish there was a little more content/depth.
@Logonogo 100% agree. Sad thing is they think they are being edgy or funny
Am I bugging or are these Lego games more or less the same outside of there looks given the franchise there representing
I think the review was fair. It gets very boring, very quickly. It’s way too linear and doesn’t really change things up.
I gave it a 7. It's a perfectly serviceable family game. Loved the full commitment to the Lego aesthetic but I wish there was a bit more variety in its levels and interactivity.
@Drago201 Well this one isn't even made by the same company. It's just the same Lego license. Everyone seems to think it's the same devs as the other ones. I don't think any of them are that good, but this seems to be an absolutely bare bones game that would basically be a minigame in another game. The others are basically Metroidvania collect 'em ups.
A solid 8. It doesn’t push any crazy or inventive new ideas, but what it does it does well.
I gave it a 6, largely forgettable experience, very short and the levels had very little variety, run right, fight enemies, run right, fight enemies, get treasure chests, run right etc...every single level
They should of studied Telltale games far more closely
I'll be kind and give it a high of "poor", the worst Lego game I've played,
I am actually at 6/10 right now after a few hours. I feel like the levels are just always the same. Even to a degree that I question myself on what's actually going on and if I accidentally started a previous level again.
This game must be the FAMILY FRIENDLIEST game ever made: grandma is a playable character, missions are short enough that "five more minutes" last literally 5 minutes, you can play as a male character from the start if your child doesn't want to play as a girl, it's funny, it's light-tone, has all kinds of difficulty options for parents who know nothing about videogames; and let's talk about dadification of videogamers: those who bought the first Play Station might have children of thier own, now: this game is great for everybody and at max difficulty is actually pretty challenging. The only complaint I have is the price: not family friendly at all and not in line with its offering.
One of the better Lego game experiences I've had, and I like Lego games since they're some of the few games left dedicated to having couch co-op options. Thought it was graphically nice to look at, real dedication to a full Lego aesthetic. Sound was fine, voice acting was great and it was cool to see original voice actors return here. Probably the only Lego game I've played where combat was even somewhat engaging. Very solid 8 for me. From a technical perspective it was near perfect, but it did crash one time while it was paused. I'd only really ding it for lack of content. At about 15 hours, I completed almost everything, just one trophy short of platinum.
@Logonogo If something is notable enough to be getting an article on here, it absolutely isn't going to be a 1/10 so I understand the want to remove it.
