Another week has come to a premature conclusion, so it's time to discuss what we're playing this weekend. There's tons to choose from, so here's what's keeping us busy.
Aaron Bayne
I'm on the final boss of Stellar Blade so the aim is to get through that. Hopefully with a bit more ease than the last couple of bosses...
Khayl Adam
After a wild week of Helldivers 2 news, it only seems appropriate to dive back in and see what's happening on the ground. Outside of that, I need to spend more time with Stellar Blade. I'm only a few hours in, but I'm really enjoying it. The action focus is a nice change after playing a couple of RPGs back to back.
Sammy Barker
The latest Honkai: Star Rail update is honestly a bit of an epic. Overwriting aside, though, I love the visuals of Penacony — and I'm desperate to add new Harmony character Robin to my squad.
Stephen Tailby
I'm not quite finished with Animal Well yet; every time I play, I find new areas to explore, so it has my attention for now. Once I'm satisfied, I'm also morbidly curious to try out Crow Country. It's a grainy, old school survival horror adventure, so it's right out of my comfort zone, but it carries a strange appeal.
A short but sweet WAYP this week, but you can't have an epic every time. What are you playing this weekend and why? Let us know in the comments section below.

Still doing side quests in Stellar Blade. Trying to find those cans too. Jump on WWE 2K24 as well.
Personally I felt that the last section of Honkai dragged on a bit too long for it's own good, especially since the one preceding it was so well done. That being said I thought the villian was well written and I even agree with them in many aspects. I almost didn't want to win this fight lol
Ps5 Stellar Blade played 16 hours so far and still loving it. Finished System Shock Remake. Switch Ace Attorney Apollo Justice
Loving Animal Well (some brilliant environmental puzzles and feels a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be). Also a bit of Eiyuden Chronicles, but I’m finding it hard to click with. I’ll also get a bit of Doom 2016 in (got it last week for less than £4 in the sale, along with Doom Eternal). Have a great weekend folks!
Returned to Returnal after having almost finished it two years ago. Wanted to play something solid instead of trying out all sorts of games for my last month of PS Plus before it expires. Played Death’s Door before, good game.
It's going to be a sunny weekend so the plan is to get outside... with my Portal! Othercide and Sea of Stars in the garden is the plan.
I’m still running around the wasteland in Fallout 4. Currently making the hard decision as to whether to go to Far Harbour or Nuka World first. I might play some more sims too for some light therapy. 😂
I’ll be chugging along in stellar blade, new star gp on the 5 and ys origin on the vita.
I got around to installing aroma cfw to my Wii u so I will be dumping my Wii u games to a external hard drive and trying to figure out how to do the same with og Wii games.
I’ve been away on a short family trip to Amsterdam this past week and only had my Switch for entertainment on the Eurostar. So this weekend, I’m really eager to dive back into Stellar Blade. Just hope I can still perfect parry!
Stellar Blade until I plat it. Im in no rush though. Really enjoying the exploration in ng+.
Finished Solasta this morning. I very much enjoyed it! Will be watching for Tactical Adventures next offering. I held out for the physical edition, so now I'm just waiting for Sea of Stars to arrive!! Should be here for next weekend. 😸
Putting in a few shifts to hopefully push super-Earth through to galactic success in the original Helldivers… and learning to play Caravan on Fallout: New Vegas.
I beat God of War: Ragnarok yesterday and it was amazing. Of the 8 games I only have 3 and Ghost of Sparta left.
Currently playing Nier Replicant which is great so far. Also playing Capcom Arcade Stadium and Theatrhythm Fina Bar Line on and off.
Downloaded Manor Lords on PC to try later, got me intrigued after the hype
My good for nothing team of useless adventurers will keep getting asses kicked on PS5 Dragons Dogma 2 ...love this game, hilarious at times
And hopefully make more progress in the amazingly old school System Shock remake on PC. That's how you do a remake
Have a great weekend guys and gals ❤️
I wrapped up Star Wars Jedi Survivor and with it the last of my Big Game Backlog and as a treat I've jumped back on Honkai Star Rail to catch up, depending on how long that takes I'll probably then jump into Genshin to do the same... Both will probably keep me going until Dawn Trail launches.
After a disappointing foray into "Rise of the Ronin" (dull on toast) I'm back on the PS3 - Telltale's "Back to the Future" and "Afterburner:Climax".
FIFA Street 1
Finally getting round to Resident Evil 4 in VR.
Still ff7 rebirth. Just at Cosmo canyon now and 65 hours in. I'm a huge FF fan but this game is too much. There are too many mini games, too many 'places of interest' on maps that are too big. It's become boring and I just want to get to the end before spoilers but the completionist in me means I have to tick every box. This game is what is wrong with modern games, they feel like they need to be huge and take 100 hours to complete so cost way more money to produce which then can put a company on trouble if it doesn't perform amazingly. Remake was shorter, more streamlined and much better for it. I hope square learn this for part 3
Loving Stellar Blade. Maybe the most fun I've had with a new release for moment to moment gameplay since Spider-Man 2 and Mario Wonder.
Baldurs gate 3 act 3 has me frustrated. May quit the game. Every fight takes sooooooo long. I hate how buggy it is. I hate how talking can never solve anything. I love the companions but Act 3 just feels like a slog. I do not know how the game gets a 10/10 with this act. Act 1 and 2 are absolutely 10/10s but act 3 is a 6/10.
@Blaze215 I ended up hating the game because it was so long and was going for completion (my brother was the one who told me to stop and just move on seeing my visible disappointment). I recommend you try to push through the story and ignore the open world crap. Because you still have Nibel and the end game quests and you'll hate it even more. I loved Remake but Rebirth learned all the wrong lessons imo.
Thoroughly enjoying Stellar Blade, it’s way more fun than I was expecting and the combat is really satisfying. Can’t believe I sat on the fence for a week before deciding to buy it 😂 I’m around 15 hours in, and currently exploring the wasteland. Considering this is Shift up’s first console game I’m surprised at just how polished it is. I also like all the little touches, like when scanning underwater it changes to a sonar sound, or how Eve poses to the camera when you find a can.
Just Dragon's Dogma 2 this weekend. Taking a break from FF VII.
I'll probably play some Helldivers too.
I’ve just finished Dave the Diver so I might go back and carry on through GTA5 story (first time replaying since PS3 days) - or I might start Tunic!
Alternating between Princess Peach Showtime and Sekiro. Quite the combo
@breakneck Sounds like you've had the same experience as me. im seriously tempted to Skip a lot of the side junk but it goes against every instinct I have 😅
Ancient dungeon and tales of vesperia for me.
Can’t seem to stay away from the Commonwealth at the moment. Just very addictive like it was years ago. Will TRY to play something else but it’s difficult to pry myself from Fallout.
Happy gaming everyone
On PS5 just going through my backlog just completed Mafia 3 and started Kingdoms of Amalur seems decent so far. On Xbox I'm going to try Hellblade again couldn't get into it when i tried it last year.
@dschons
One of the best games ever when played in VR. I envy you just starting it.
@Malaise I am in Greece now, so no gaming this weekend Have a great gaming weekend!
Getting close to finishing Dave the Diver now and I’ve tapped the surface of Crow Country and Animal Well, so I’ll be playing the three of these games for sure in some capacity today after work and after I mow the grass and not on Mother’s Day. And you never know… Banishers might finally get played some. We shall see!
@Malaise hah no worries! Being here I kind of want to play Assassin's Creed Odyssey again
Most likely Animal Well. I started it and adore everything about it so far.
My Currently playing.
PlayStation 5: Stellar Blade, enjoying my time with it not sure if i am gonna platinum it or not.
XBox Series X: Assassin's Creed 2 via Xbox 360 Backwards compatibility. Working on it being my 100K gamerscore hit.
Nintendo Switch: Nothing
Doing my NG+ on Stellar Blade. I'm determined to get the platinum on this one. All I need to do is get the other 2 endings and I got it. Honestly my personal GOTY so far for the year. I really can't get enough of it. Looking forward to that boss rush mode!
Other than that, trying to catch up in Honkai Star Rail but I'm still only on the main story for Penacony. Just too much other stuff to play!
@DonkeyFantasy i’m liking it so far, looks good and has a decent amount of content. the handling can feel a little jerky sometimes but I’m not sure if that has to do with how the part upgrade progression works or not.
I am hooked on Hades 2 on steam deck. Aside from that I am chipping away at Stellar Blade and I want to give Animal Well some more time as well. Very intrigued by the opening hour.
I'm finally playing through Deliver Us Mars which I recommend for anyone who enjoyed Deliver Us The Moon. Baldurs Gate 3 will be continued when I'm ready for a longer play session as will Asgards Wrath 2. Happy weekend y'all!
Im playing the incredible one of the best rpgs ever in Dragon quest 11.the luminary.aka the hero and gregory best name ever thats what i call him is a amazing protagonist.the graphics is excellent.the gameplay is incredible.the boss fights and the story is amazing.i will again be playing one of the best video games ever made in the amazing red dead redemption 2.i will be again playing another one of the best rpgs ever made in the instant classic the excellent divinity original sin 2 definitive edition.i will again be playing one of the best fps ever in the awsome titanfall 2.and i will be again be playing another best rpgs ever in the wonderful assassins creed origins gold edition.i will be watching my boston Celtics 💚🖤 🏀 play.i will be watching legendary sitcoms 📺 tv comedy in Sanford and son.good times.martin.the Jeffersons.and saved by the bell.word up son
I’m playing Stellar Blade this weekend. My goal is to wrap up my first play-through and start NG+ to obtain the platinum trophy. This game continues to impress, and gets better the more you progress rather than become stagnant like a lot of action games. I’m currently in the fourth region and the meaningful side quests and exploration has transcended my thoughts on this game in a positive light.
I also picked up Crow Country due to all the high praise it’s receiving. I’ve jump (scared) my way into this game last night and it’s fantastic, particularly playing it on my PlayStation Portal. It has that classic Resident Evil feel, with a touch of Twin Peaks, X-Files, and strangely, a low-polygon Final Fantasy 7. Every year there is a game that comes along that is relatively obscure but ends up making a splash, and this game falls into that category.
Some Dave the Diving, couple of matches on FIFA (not FIFA), maybe some co-op Tiny Tina if I can catch up with a mate and... Dunno. Kind of need a new game to play so maybe make a start on Deliver us Mars or Sea of Stars if I get time.
As ever, have a good weekend and happy gaming folks.
Hello there fellow gamers.
As of now I´m just currently enjoying my time with Assassins Creed Valhalla on my Series X and Lies of P on my PC.
Have already finished the main game of AC and now doing the dlc expasions.
And Lies of P is becoming better and better the more I play it.
So yeah, those are the two games I´ll be enjoying.
After those, I might jump to some of my new PS5 game purchases, wich are quite a few.
Cheers everyone and happy gaming weekend to us all
Still working on finishing ff rebirth, ive hit 100 hours, so must be close!
Im tempted to play some ghostwire tokyo in a pointless show of solidarity with the devs. RIP.
Whatever you are playing, have a great weekend 😊
Wrc generations and a spot of helldivers 2. Off to the golf course this evening. Tomorrow I aim to pressure wash the decking and then paint it before heading out to the golf course again seeing as it's good weather. Have a great weekend folks 👍
@thefourfoldroot1 Believe it or not. I can't stand RE4. I know, I know, I am the rare exception. That said, VR makes (almost) everything better and I am enjoying it for that experience alone.
Fallout 4. Level 52 and I've yet to go and look for Virgil in the Glowing Sea. Just started Far Harbour with my boy Nick.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
Still going after the 100+ hour mark. I hit a bit of a rough patch a week or so ago, but now that I've shifted my focus back to the story instead of most of the side quests, I'm back to loving the game. Just started Chapter 12 yesterday.
Sifu (which is great)
Spontaneous camping trip tonight with the hope of seeing the northern lights again. I might play a bit of Dave the diver on my laptop but probably not.
Just got to Gongaga on FFVII Rebirth so probably dive back in to that with some travelling back to take on some unlocked Queens Blood opponents.
Outside of that might dip back in to Stellar Blade in between making the most of the sunny weather.
Enjoy the weekend!
Hoping to get a bit tidying done tomorrow.
Got my Lego set to carry on building.
For PS5 wise:
Star Wars battlefront classic collection (hoping to finish the campaign of battlefront 2)
Star Ocean Second Story R
FFVII Remake Rebirth
Hoping to carry on with Cult of the Lamb and Legend of the Dragoon
PS4 wise:
ESO for log in’s, possibly get daily writs done
Hades
Dark cloud
Tunic
Finished Sonic Superstars this week, hoping to carry on with MGS2 but that won’t be till next week
Tekken 8, Robocop, and Resident Evil remake (the first has its charm)
@dschons
I’m the same. Apart from RE5 coop with the wife, and maybe the original on ps1 as it was different to anything I’d played before, I’ve never enjoyed resident evil. RE4 in VR is one of the best games ever though. VR makes games like this infinitely better.
I finished up Nier Automata a few days ago and man, what a phenomenal experience it was, so I’ll be going for the remaining trophies now and finishing up the things that I missed. I’ll also play the new Honkai Star Rail update a bit.
Stellar blade for me also. Haven’t had much time but have just done the solar tower in the wasteland and keen to explore more if I can!
Started with Tales of Kenzera: ZAU. Gonna play some Assassin's Creed Valhalla, the eternal game haha (at least there is only one DLC remaining), and Final Fantasy XVI. Maybe some Uncharted 1 to scratch a itch... We will see, my free time is always dwindling...
PS5: Balatro, still Balatro... finally reached orange chip on deck.
Switch: 859041th run with Assassin in Diablo 2 R.
I am playing Jedi Survivor and having a GREAT time. I feel about it exactly as I do about God of War Ragnarok: I liked the first entry in the series, but didn’t love it. The second drastically improved the game in every way: Combat is better. Story is better. Characters are better. And yes, navigation is better (which was the worst part of Fallen Order).
A little early to say (I am about half way done), but this could be my favorite Star Wars game yet. And, because I am old, I have played a LOT of Star Wars games!
@Marquez This guy right here gets it! 😃
Doing some side quests and trying to catch some more fish in Stellar Blade before continuing the main quest
And also rushing through the new content in Honkai to get jades so I can get Robin too lol
Rebirth...but damn...I'm kinda getting tired of it. The OG is my all time favorite but there is TOO much in this game. I don't wanna bother thru too fast though because being underpowered doesn't work in this game. Other than that HD2 as always and random bouts of Battlefront coop, Clone drone and Shredders Revenge with the boy
@Titntin I feel like one of the few, but I really enjoyed GW Tokyo. And I loved Evil Within and Hi-Fi just like everyone else.
Going to miss Tango…….😭
I just finished Stellar Blade and heading into new game plus. Shift Up really went above and beyond making it feel rewarding. This is the most excited I've been to replay a game in a long time.
I played and finished LIMBO on the PS4 and on the Vita, such a good game. Grabbed all the trophies as well. Furthermore I finished FAR Lone Sails and I tried out Animal Well, ZAU and FAR Changing Tides.
Hard to come to a decision which one I will play next.
Happy gaming and a relaxing weekend to everyone.
Deep into Kingdoms of Amalur, it's been OK so far, but is starting to wear out it's welcome. Hope to put it to bed soon.
Still thoroughly enjoying my GOTY (thus far) Stellar Body……uh…… Jiggle Blade……. I mean STELLAR BLADE!!! It is indeed quite a ‘stellar’ game. Getting near the end of my first playthrough after having picked up every single collectible possible and taking my sweet time with the game. Very much looking forward to my NG+ run.
I'm playing The Division-- to catch up trophies and collectibles. After that I'd might get DLCs in order to 100% completion before it becomes unobtainable. I know the server won't shutdown but I don't touch it for years since released.
Tunic, Stellar Blade and Hi Fi rush
I'm near the end of Another Crab's Treasure. Game has been an absolute blast to play.
Also playing some more Eggstra Work in Splatoon 3 Salmon Run.
I´m on a trip this week, but got a Playstation Portal off Ebay for like 20% less than retail last week (good enough) so I´ve managed to get some gaming done. So this week includes a minireview of the Portal as well 😊
Playstation Portal - I gotta say I´m pretty impressed with it, even if it only is a streaming device. It feels great to hold, and the screen is big, bright and good enough. My PS5 is wired to a 1 GB/s net at home, which is probably a big factor to why it works so well. I´ve tried connecting the portal to a 100 MB/s network, which works great as well as using a 5g phone with good signal. Only minor lag and occasional hickups. With a 4G phone it still works but with more lag and image distortions happen more frequently, some games work well regardless but fast paced games and FPS are going to suffer a bit. All in all, I´m very happy with the Portal and I´m going to use it pretty often. Even at home, when all the TVs are occupied 😊 Being on the same 1 GB network as the PS5 means very minor issues that I´ve noticed, meaning competetive FPS is not a good idea if you dont want to get wrecked 😅
Destiny 2 Lightfall - As I used to play Destiny 1 & 2 a lot (scary to think of how many hours its been over the years) I want to see the end of the Light and the Darkness story so its great that Lightfall is now on PS Plus as I dont want to give Bungie more money or start playing D2 again outside of the campaign. I´m some missions in, playing on the Portal 😊, and its ok but not anything special. I guess it builds nicely towards The Final Shape though. However, being a lapsed player, ***** me its hard to get going. ***** is thrown at you from all sides like go here, play this, do this and it mixes old and new story parts so its really confusing. Cant imagine being a totally new player to Destiny, with all the cut content on top that makes it even harder to follow the story in the right timeline. Anyhow, once Im done with Lightfall I might wait for The Final Shape to be on plus before jumping in or I might get it at release to sort of be done with it 😊
Fallout 4 new run on PC. PS5 I am finishing up the Horizon FW DLC. Switch I am still chipping away at Dragon Quest 11.
Gonna be a broken record for a while: Playing Rebirth and Foamstars
I might give Tunic a try and the demo for the India Hero game.
Finished Robocop early part of the week.
I liked it, you can tell they had a lot of love for the source material, made on a much lower budget than most studio churn, but good none the less.
Worth the £24 spent, sold on for £30.
Just started Infinite Wealth, (£27), that'll take a while.
With weather being gd for a change and warm , I'll be spending a gd deal of time outside cycling, walking ,although looks as if thunderstorms are quite possible from Sunday afternoon onwards so if it does pour down tomorrow then it'll be going through a few games on ps plus extra and having a look at some fresh games I haven't played and maybe with abit gta5 ,enjoy Yr gaming everyone:)
The Oregon Trail on PS5 (PS4 version) and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 on Switch
I'm on with that Yurukill!Really enjoying it actually which surprises me due to the lukewarm reviews it got.
Eiyuden Chronicles (Series X) Just got my castle and now I am going on a recruiting hunt.
World of Warcraft (PC) Just wrapping up some achievements and mount hunting while I wait for the new stuff to drop. Might try MoP Remix once that drops as that was one of my favorite expansions.
Playing Rachet and Clank PS4 on PS5 a nice 60fps this time round.
I’m missing something big AAA from Sony Studios, they best give it large next year 2025.
Still working on Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin and a few others. Too many games! Looking forward to summer and just working away on these slowly. So tough as a parent to get that time in!
Finished Jusant an hour ago. Really nice gameplay, ambiance and story exploration. Make sure to find all the pages! Getting something to eat and then start Cocoon.
@Blaze215 I agree with you 100% I'm at 53hs and just to to Cosmo canyon but I just stopped engaging with everything except what's needed to progress. The mini games are getting to be too much. I too am desperately avoiding spoilers.
Sadly alot of this was in the original (didnt like it there either) so I know why it's in Rebirth but still, it's too much.
It’s all about Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin this weekend. I’ve yet to meet this alleged “scholar”. And I’m not sure why he studies sin, but I guess I’ll find out.
I have met A LOT of enemy hoards though. 😅
I’m playing what probably everyone else is playing… DQXI S
Jokes aside, I’m working through Act 2. Loving it again. I’m playing 1 Act at a time so I took a big break from it after Act 1. Funnily enough, I played this originally years ago (not the Definitive Edition) and didn’t enjoy it. Bought the Definitive Edition and got hooked. Funny how games sometimes don’t stick the first time
Cyberpunk on PS5, God of War ps2 on steam deck.
Honkai Star Rail. Just finished the 2.2 story now back to the farm. These materials are breaking my back.
Week 6 of asking for a poll on this post like your sister site Nintendo Life.
@ShogunRok
Nour: Play with Your Food, Watch Dogs 2, & MLB 22.
@Marquez Love this plan. I've been playing RPGs on my Portal and am really enjoying that. Sea of Stars is on the short list - seems like it'd be a perfect Portal game and take me back to playing old-school SNES RPGs on my GBA in bed.
Contra hard corps for the 100th time, this time with my little daughter 😊
@2here2there Yuuuuusssss!
@Rangers420 Huh. I just started KoA too. Weird. I love that game but haven't finished it, so I'm starting it over. Hope you enjoy. I am so far.
HellDivers 2 but in honor of Arkane Austin being shuttered by Microsoft, I decided to restart an Arkane game that I didn't complete previously, so I've dived back in to Dishonored 2!
@Zeroo
I second that, make a poll. It gives a nice overview and one might find a game that slipped through the cracks.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend, it's beautiful weather here in the UK!!!
I got to chapter 8 in lies of p on Friday, excellent game really enjoying it although the first part of the puppet graveyard/swamp area was a bit of a slog!!!!
As a break from the sun yesterday I started Animal well to see what all the fuss was about and wow- instantly hooked. Amazing atmosphere, the confidence of the game to not tell you anything and leave to work stuff out brings a big smile and makes you feel very smart when you work something out. Loving it, lies of p will be taking a back seat for a while I feel!
currently nothing in particular to be honest...waiting for Elden Ring DLC I guess. I´t s been really couple of very busy weeks at work and after that not in the mood for any gaming. If I find some time I continue with Super Mario Wonder on switch, but on ps5 not that much.
And during the weekends it´s just about the NHL and NBA play-offs and now also will be watching Ice Hockey Championships in Czech Rep. also interested in remaining Premier League rounds, looks like Man City will win the title but personally rooting to Arsenal or Liverpool but LIV is out of competition for first place if I´m not mistaken. However if Real Madrid will win the Champions League final then it will be easier for me to cope with the disapointment if City will win the PL
Anyway, enjoy nice weather and happy gaming!
@LikelySatan I also restarted i played some of it years ago and it didn't click with me. I'm really enjoying it this time only about 10 hours in and I've not done much of the story yet.
Diablo 4 (eternal realm) as my podcast/netflix game, cyberpunk in the evenings. I tried fallout 4, but bloody hell, the facial animations after a cyberpunk run…i couldnt. And then getting gud in sekiro (i know, but ive never finished it) while waiting for 21.06… the day of days
Tunic, Dave the Diver, and Animal Well. I sure do get my value out of Plus.
After finishing FFXVI a few WAYP’s back I can’t seem to stick to a game. I have been bouncing around between Cyberpunk 2077, Yakuza 7, Mafia: Definitive Edition, and Jedi Survivor. I want to try to stick to one this weekend, but we’ll see how that goes.
Still enjoying a nostalgic replay of Final Fantasy VIII. It's only my second time through, the first being in 1999/2000, so a lot of it might as well be new. I just got Ragnarok, so I'm starting some of the optional side quests and the grind for ultimate weapon materials. Not sure what I'll be in the mood for when I'm finished with it. I may need an RPG break.
Alrighty another lovely WAYP after another early work shift again hahahaha. Hasn’t been the best week personally but in terms of games I won’t lie it’s been pretty neat. This weekends been full of wrapping up AI: The Somnium Files. That game alone is a 10/10. Just a absolutely beautiful time all around. Excited to move onto Nirvana Initiative during my vacation. Hope we get a AI3 announcement soon too. As for the rest of the weekend I’m gonna celebrate one year of TOTK by going back to Hyrule and just having fun exploring and doing fun quests. And probably another nice solid session of Persona 3 Reload. Still find myself intimidated of that game in many ways but I feel I’ve slotted into a groove there. As for the rest of the week well I go on a 2 week vacation starting next weekend so mostly the plans are to get packing and be ready with downloaded games and the like. I snagged a copy of Story Of Seasons A Wonderful Life the other day so in terms of physical games I’m all set. That game means a lot to me from my childhood. Probably just look to download stuff like Sea Of Thieves on PS5 and Hades on Switch and just pack away some physical games like Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth and polish off switch games like NEO TWEWY and Great Ace Attorney. What time I do have outside of that will be playing games like Dragons Dogma 2 and Octopath Traveler 2. Been really meaning to get back to Octopath 2 for so long and I’m hoping now is finally the right shot at this game. Probably also set up Trails Through Reverie to get beaten on vacation too. I have so many excellent gaming plans for this vacation I just can’t wait. Weird special shoutout to the movie My Cousin Vinny as I write this journal it’s on and man it’s just a great movie. Anime choices this week gotta go to Kaiju No.8 and Urusei Yatsura and Many Sides of Voice Actor Radio. Excellent excellent choices for Spring. Podcasts of the week gotta go to the usual excellents like Castle Superbeast, Big Think Dimension, Into The Aether, RPGsites Tetracast, Minnmax, Last Stand Media, Nextlander, Kit and Krysta, Easy Allies, Jeff Gerstmann, Second Wind Media and newcomer Cultaholic Wrestling. And of course we gotta give a great shoutout to my friend over at twitch.tv/akibread and their absolutely amazing streams. As always y’all stay safe, be good to each other. Have a excellent rest of your weekend and Happy Gaming.
Short Answer : Nothing!
Yes, I know. Shocking.
I move house in a couple of weeks time, so now everything is in boxes. My life has been complete chaos for the last month, and will probably be so, for the next few months, too.
Finished the Avatar game a while ago, then put the PS5 away in its box. A general helping hint for everybody, Keep your Boxes for your Hardware. You never know, it might come in useful.
Have fun, everyone.
@Blaze215 well said, I adored Remake and was so excited for Rebirth. I kept lying to myself saying I was crazy and that I DID actually love Rebirth, but I finally had to accept that I just wasn’t having fun with it. I hit 30+ hours and took a break. There is just far too much mandatory bloat in this game. I wouldn’t even mind doing all of the open world bloat if I wasn’t forced into a mini-game every half an hour of story time.
Playing like I'm doing something important outside, instead of listening to kids scream inside. Happy Mother's Day, everyone.
I have currently been playing through Pacific Drive myself. It is such a great game once you get to grips with it as there is a lot to learn and micromanage but things do get easier as you get upgrades.
I have a feeling it is going to be a bit of a hidden gem since I haven't seen anyone talking about it but it is very good, and unique. Which you can't say about many games these days.
