Topic: Banned Account

My son’s account was banned from the PSN, does anyone know if he will be able to get the games he has bought and downloaded to his account transferred to another account?

@Ahovatter you will have to contact PlayStations customer support on that one i'm afraid, they are the only people who can deal with that issue

depending on why he was banned he may lose all his games forever (that's another tick in the Physical is better than digital column)

I'm so angry right now. These damn account bans. I litterally made myself an alt account that referenced gay people (which i identitfy as) in the username and it just got banned this morning, no warning, no nothing, just a ban and a damned no reply email. I get there's a code of conduct that is meant to be followed, but I wasn't even trying to offend anybody, I called it what I called it so i could play with a sense of empowerment for myself. I got banned for a week and the username ws changed to temp-xxxx. And its only the 1st day and i tried to find a way to get it appealed but i cant find any reliable resources, the support bot on the website didnt help, and I cant get a live agent unless i was suspended for account debt. So they're telling me it was easier to just straight up ban me, instead of giving me a chance to fix it or explain myself. Way to go SONY, instead of cracking down on actually bad people you took a person's sense of self and smashed it to bits.
Just needed a rant, because of course none of my friends get how important that my alt account was to me, and it just made me even angrier. But if anyone on the forum has ideas for solutions im open to suggestions, and if its just "deal with it because its just a week", then please keep your thoughts to yourself.

Honestly the only solution here is keep trying to get a live person at Sony to plead your case to or just wait it out. I know you don't want to here that but only Sony can unban you before the week is up, there is no work around.
