Hello. I just purchased my second ps5 and got it all set up. I have it set up as me as the primary profile with the ps plus account. I'm trying to get the other users on the console to have access to Playstation network and online services as well but it's not working. I did the whole settings thing by enabling console share but it's still not working. I never had a problem with my previous console. Does anyone have any ideas of what I may be doing wrong or what the problem might be? Thank you in advance
@dontshootme Ah, my bad. I misread your question. I had thought you wanted to share your plus games or purchased games with other profiles on the same console. This you can do.
What you can't do is share your online gaming entitlement with other profiles and other profiles won't get cloud backup facility. Each profile needs it's own Plus subscription for those.
@JimbobLink I know on my other system all profiles had access to the Playstation network to play online. When I go into the other users it's showing that they aren't even connected to the network, only me.
The only other thing I can think of is that you have parental restrictions set up on the other accounts preventing them from connecting online. That, or there is a settings mismatch between your original PS5 and the new PS5.
