I came across a post on Reddit that has completely fixed stick drift on 2 DualSense controllers (1 of which was so bad it was unusable) and thought I'd share the technique here in hopes that it saves someone from having to purchase a new one. I've tried every other fix, but this is the only one that worked for me -
"Gently, just hard enough to have the l3 or r3 button click, press down in the analog stick with your palm. While constantly applying that gentle pressure move the stick in a clockwise motion for a minute or so, then the same in the counter clockwise. Then apply just a little more pressure, not much more just a little, and repeat. Many times this will fix stick drift that is caused by some kind of debris in the sticks."
