Topic: Help my ps4 downloaded 2 of the same game

So I had borrowed a copy of kingdom hearts 3 and then later I purchased my own copy well my ps4 downloaded the game again and I can't get any of my data transferred over or use any of my dlc content on it I can't figure this out without having to delete and reinstall where I have bad internet it took me a month just to get it installed. If anyone can give me some answers that'd help please.

The only thing that springs to mind here is that the one you bought is a different region to the one you borrowed.

@Matroska how do you tell which region the game is from?

@Vashdanarada if it's digital it will be from whatever region your store is for example for me it would be the UK store

if it's physical then it might be a bit a harder to tell but one sure fire way is to look at the rating and see if it's PEGI or ESRB, PEGI would mean it's UK/Europe and ESRB would mean it's USA
