Topic: MWII Age Restriction After S4 update - can't fix

Ahoy!
My son got a PS5 for Christmas - i inherited the PS4.
He also got MW2 which he's been playing for months. I allowed the game when he requested and it's in his allowed game list. All was fine.
Since S4 update last week he cannot load the game. All sorts of parental control issues. I dis-allowed the game and the re-allowed when re-requested but still can't open the game. It's taken him to a game info screen and when he presses info, it says only adults can view this game.

So i tried opening on the PS4 as I also have the game. I work away and we play DMZ (or did.) He gets similar parental control issues on the PS4 even though age restriction set to allowed 18+ The error code popping up is PUGET - GARCIA.

On the PS5 i've tried deleting cache, restoring licences and rebuilding. Nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions really appreciated.
