Hi, out of nowhere when trying to download a game I receive an error saying something went wrong. I called Playstation support and they were no help. We went through all the troubleshooting steps and still unable to download any games or apps. THE ERROR CODE IS: CE-107975-9. Someone please help I just ordered Elden Ring and can't even play it because of the error I am receiving. I do not want to purchase a new one before the release of Spider Man 2.
